Is an old hotel from the 70es and it looks and feel like it. Nothing to see out the windows but fhe roof ob the building next door. Nothing to see walking out the door.

Still a wonderful place for the price. Rooms are clean and staff are as lovely as ever. The only down part was the buffet, we have stayed here for over 9 years and it’s gone down a bit. Still a great stay for the price.

Needs serious refurbishment
Clean and big rooms. Welcoming and friendly service desk stuff. Checkout by midday, nice. The position is just a few minutes walk from a subway station which is a plus, but please be very mindful of the hours at which you're traveling. That station gets very busy and the trains are incredibly packed during morning and evening rush hours, so moving around with luggage at those hours would be a big no-go. Also beware that if you're in for tourism, most touristic attractions are at the north side of the city and having to cross the river means long travel times despite the metro's cheap cost and reliability. Now, unluckily, the bad stuff: - the room seriously needs refurbishment. The wallpaper had big stains due to humidity in the aircon area. All (bathroom included) furniture was full of scratches and notches and screaming "change me". The mattress was likely pretty old, it was not flat and instead was sloping towards the side of the bed. - there were ongoing works in the hotel (not disclosed on the booking page) and also road works in front of the hotel. The hotel is also in front of a busy road. Loud traffic and work noises started everyday by 7am. - apparently you can't set aircon when they have started heating the hotel. In my room, that meant a (for me) very uncomfortable 26 and half degrees temp. Could not find a way to make it cooler, even opening the windows. - personally did not like the pillows. I sleep on the side, and the height of both pillows was not enough.

Stayed the weekend with a couple of friends! Wanted a place near hongdae. Only took 15 minutes on bus! Area is very quiet and clean as well!

The staff were amazing, extremely helpful, spoke english, and were always willing to assist with any request. The hotel itself is within walking distance of nearby train stations and bus stops. It is also next to an airport shuttle location. The room had an amazing view and great amenities.

Convenience with great Service
This is a great value to stay in a convenient Seoul location without breaking the bank. Clean, accessible to subway and taxi transport, great staff who are able to speak English and several languages, in-house restaurant, business center. The rooms are a bit dated, but well-maintained and the bath, a/c, bed and electrical system are great. Walk to food and shops, safe and affordable. Breakfast buffet is Asian-oriented, several Western options. Service is outstanding.

Booked as a budget option but pleasantly surprised. Bedroom very comfy with daily maid service. Reception service is really excellent. The location is very close to Yeomchang metro and rapid bus rtes. local restaurants abound. I would book again

Overall the hotel it’s pretty decent, nice location, friendly staffs, big entrance. But once you go into your room you don’t feel at all that the hotel is a 4 stars. The room is kind of small after putting a queen size bed and two midsize suitcases. I might be a little bit harsh, but being part of the germophobic gang, the room wasn’t that clean honestly. However, you do get a decent view at the 12th floor.

Fine but the restaurants are all closed.
The hotel was fine for the price and the staff were very helpful. The issue was that there is that no food available after breakfast time. When I arrived after a long flight I went into the restaurant to find there was a private event and it was closed, worse than that both restaurants are closed until further notice. I understand the restrictions are due to Covid but they continue to show the restaurants on the website and advertise the menus with no mention of restrictions. That said, the staff were very helpful, particularly a guy on reception who ordered a pizza for me on his personal app when I complained about the restaurants.

The view of Han River from the room was pretty cool. The room was okay, as the furniture and curtains were pretty old and the bathroom could've been cleaner. There were quite a lot of restaurants and diners in the area, and it was really close to Yeomchang subway station, which was excellent.

Safe and convenient. Friendly staff. Subway station within walking distance. Washer and dryer in the hotel. Dryer was out of order but a self laundry was very close to the hotel. A convenient store at the rear entrance of the hotel.
