Really lovely hotel with a great mall underneath leading to a street filled with interesting shops cafes and restaurants and a tube station 3 minutes walk away. A really good base for exploring Seoul

Excellent location in Seoul! Cool rooftop bar, comfortable bed, pretty quiet, and great service! They arranged a shuttle to the airport for 4 of us with our large luggage, much appreciated!

Clean and spacious room. Staff are helpful. The only shortcoming was the noise from corridor. Kids were running and screaming which woke me up in the morning.

Great central location in a cute walkable neighborhood in Seoul. A few differ Nine Tree hotels in Seoul, but this premiere version (4 vs 3 stars) in Insadong is definitely worth the extra $$.

Great staff, nice location with easy walk to many restaurants, shopping areas and landmarks. Buffet was good but could have been warmer. I'd recommend 9 Tree to everyone.

We loved this hotel - a couple of GS25 at the bottom floor and on the way to the station, very close to the station and gyeongbokgung palace. Our room had a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently so, we didn’t struggle checking in and they have a self check out station as well as luggage weighing scales which was useful! The location was really great but do avoid 6-8pm for subways because it gets packed. But public transportation around this area is very easy to use!

Great place to stay in Seoul in the Insadong neighborhood/m. Right next Anguk station. Big rooms, modern, great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone, was a great place to base ourselves for our first visit to Seoul.

I loved my stay here. It’s a lovely hotel situated in the heart of Insadong. You have many shops, restaurants and quaint tea shoppes right outside your door. You are walking distance from many of Seoul’s top attractions and close to a train station and several bus lines. Staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. A convenient laundry room and small but adequate gym are onsite. You can’t ask for much more. I would definitely stay here again.

Best location! Right at the heart of Insadong. Subway station is just 2-3min walk. Convenience store at the ground floor. Hotel is clean and very comfortable. Super happy with this hotel!

Great facilities, everything was amazing!! The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of 5 was that it was central heating that you couldn’t change and make the room very hot. Turning it off and opening the windows helped as the receptionist suggested and I understand the environmental aspect but it would be better to be able to chaser set the temperature and least two degrees either way.

It was a good walking location and had nice views of the beach. I had the deluxe ocean room however it didn’t feel very deluxe, the room itself had dirty walls (grime down the walls and even had holes in the walls that they tried to cover with furniture) and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Our family of 4 (including a 10 year old and 12 year old) stayed 2 nights at the Ninetree in March 2024. This was our first stop after landing in Seoul. The beds were so comfortable and it was a relief to get some sleep after the long flight. The room is as described and the bathroom had a very nice toilet and shower. The room is set at 25 degrees C, so it was a little too warm for us Canadians. The room overlooks a rooftop garden and that was a pleasant surprise. This hotel is located in Insadong near craft/art shops and lots of restos. It's also walkable to Ikseondong, which is a lovely spot full of cafes. The taxi ride from Seoul station only costs around 7000 krw (approx $7 CAD). I highly recommend this hotel :)

The hotel was nice and clean, staff are really friendly, breakfast was amazing, and you don't have to go far to shop...you practically just go down and there's a lot of shopping areas around. The hotel is also near tourist attractions. Our overall experience was great!!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Right across the street from a temple and right next door, actially connected to a shopping mall. Location, location, location! Multiple train lines nearby to get around quickly. Easy walk to various landmarks and airport bus stops. There are LOTS of great food options in the complex or nearby. It was a nice walk to Myeongdong past Cheonggyecheon Stream and an easy train ride back. The hotel is clean and well thought out, the cleaning staff are lovely, and the front desk staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

During my week-long stay at Nine Tree Insadong, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and there were many vegan eateries nearby. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul!

This hotel is clean and well thought out. There is a modest gym, free bag storage for 12 hours after you check out, tea making facilities in the rooms, and very comfortable beds. In the 12th floor bar/restaurant they will adapt the menu to cater for vegetarians.

The hotel is clean and the location is good for walking to sites and areas of shopping and dining. It is starting to show wear and tear which means it will be very noticeable in the short run. Could hear the neighbors fairly easily so if anypoint gets noisy, you will know. Amenities were good as were the people.

Overall good choice …. Didn’t like we had to open window otherwise our room was 78 degrees which is too warm for our sleep comfort. We had to keep opening and closing the window to regulate the temp we wanted which was a pain. We liked the area around the hotel and housekeeping staff was wonderful!

일 주차비 15000원 받습니다. 주치 하지 않는 분 이용하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 나머지는 건물과 통하는 곳에 먹거리와 쇼핑센타가 있어서(안녕인사동) 하루 머물기는 편했답니다. 청소 상태는 중간 이하 입니다. 딱 가성비 있기 좋은 숙소 입니다.
