nice place with a kitchenette,
Good place to stay in Shanghai (with a small kitchenette). Very close to subway, and it have a direct shuttle bus services to Pudong airport. clean place (no bug), but furniture is a little old. The stove was broken, but the landlord replace it the next day. The bathroom was ok and clean (but a little "refresh" will help a lots). I have # 1604

Great staff
The location is convenient and close to subway station. Room is spacious. But I most appreciate the staff helping me coordinate with the airline when my flight got cancelled because of the rain storm.

Excellent location and convenient.
Excellent location with everything nearby. Laundry machine, simple stove top, microwave, refrigerator, and simple drying racks are really plus. It is ideal for people to stay there for a few weeks even longer. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. The bad smell from the bathroom drainage pipe everyday last at least 8 hours shall be resolved. I would recommend this hotel because I believe that the hotel staff will improve the cleanliness and resolve the issues. I wish I could rate this hotel higher in future.

Conveniently located in the centre of Shanghai
I stayed at this Hotel Apartment 2nd time and it again came up to my expectations, This Hotel Apartment is very conveniently located about a 12 mins walk from Jing'ian Temple on Line 2 & 7 of the subway/metro which is actually connected to the entire city including the Airports & the railway stations. You can have your food at the nearby located food court just around the corner or you can just buy your own groceries from a super market nearby in the kitchen of the Hotel Apartment. If you take the metro from Pudong International Airport, take line 2 and change your tracks at Guanglian Road to reach Jing'ian Temple from where you can walk to Skiline service Apartments in 10-11 mins. The staff at Skiline , Sam & Tony are very helpful in guiding you to any place you want to visit in Shanghai. I had come for a business trip & I wanted to stay at a peaceful location away from the hustle b bustle of the city and as I had stayed at Skiline in my previous tours, i preferred to stay here again.It is a historical place too, when you get down at Jing'ian Temple, you realise that Jing'ian temple was built in 1686 and the original building still looks as good as new after so many years. This apartment block is very conveniently located , very near to the subway, a crossover between Line 2 & Line 7, the subway station is Jingan Temple, when you come out of the station, it is a walk of 10 minutes from exit 1 or 5, crossover OLD NAVY showroom & the Ferrari showroom when you get out , turn right & right again & Hallo you are there, I became a Fan of the location, , from both the International Airports take the subway Line 2 to reach this place and you avoid the traffic & save your money as well, about 350RMB one way. The staff is nice & co-operative, they speak average English but the best part is they guide you to wherever you want to go , so you you are never lost. I am definitely going to stay here again, for this price its a great deal...

The "hotel" is actually a group of 70 "apartments," each a good-sized bedroom with sitting area and dining table, small pullman kitchen with cooking burners, refrigerator, microwave. The rooms are on the 17-25th floors of a large, relatively modern building just one block from Jing'an Temple and the incredible shopping of Nanjing Road, the Kerry Center, etc. Maid service every day includes loading dirty clothes into the in-room washing machine. It's all quite good if you aren't looking for a 5-star experience.

Pro: Close to metro and Jingan Temple; Good xinjiang restaurant across. A local cheap restaurant around the corner as well. Good price. Internet connection is good Cable TV doesn't work well ...the remote instructions provided in the folder is wrong. One one English Channel (CCTV English News). Cons: Housekeeping is not existence I was around one day when the two persons were cleaning. They just did a wipe. They clean the room in 5 minutes. They didn't clean the bathroom; they just replace the towel and provide toilet rolls. Housekeeping don't clean the dishes properly, just a rinse with water. They didn't replace the drinking water. You get two bottles of drinking water on the first day and that is it. No tissues provided. The towels are very thin. The room smell of smoke. No non-smoking apartment available.

Great for a long visit
While the furniture and facilities could use some cleaning and tlc the apartments are in a great location to walk right to the subway and be anywhere quick. The building has a handicap accessible ramp and is in a decent neighborhood close to all you need. The cleaning and maintenance staff could use some retraining, but, you get what you pay for, a small finished apartment with all you need to cook and wash your clothes. If you are new to Chinese play with the buttons in the bathroom a bit the heated shower is a true treat.

I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews. I was given a room on the 12th floor. The room is in need of a renovation as it is very old (esp the bathroom). It has a washing machine, but no dryer, which is really disappointing. One good thing is that there are many restaurants nearby. Nevertheless, I will probably try somewhere else next time.

It is close to Ji An Temple area of Shanghai and subway station. Great location. The hotel occupies a few floors of the building, which also apparently rents the rest of rooms to other business. The check in room for the hotel is not clearly marked. I had to ask some people to figure it out. The room is clean. The connection speed of the Wi Fi is satisfactory. Overall, it is a good place to stay for the price.

I didn't know quite what to spot, but. I was very happy with the hotel . The room was a nice size, clean, a comfortable bed and kitchen amenities. The location was very good- close to the French a concession where I spent an enjoyable afternoon shopping and exploring.

The best part is the location..just a few minutes from the metro station (Jingan Temple) where line 2 and line 7 meet..also city terminal of Pudong airport very nearby..so straight bus to and from the airport..posh location with alot of good restaurants offering vegetarian food nearby..convenience store right across the street..friendly staff really helpful (though English is a little problem)..daily cleaning of rooms provided..

Easy place to stay for self stay
Pretty good experience. Close to subway station and is accessible to anywhere in Shanghai. Room is easy for staying, I thought it convenient that you can do all laundry by yourself and feel easy through the day by not being disturbed by any hotel service people.

Great location
The location was great, easy to get to and from Pudong Airport via airport bus no2 (bus terminal is walking distance from Skiline). It is also very close to the Jingan Temple station, making it very convenient to go to various attractions or shopping districts. The free wifi provided is also a huge plus point. Overall, we are very satisfied with what we got at a reasonable rate.

有冰箱，可以煮吃的。有微波炉，提供一定的煮食用具。有洗衣机，可以甩干衣服。不过油盐酱醋、洗衣粉那些就要自己备了。很像民宿式的酒店，日常用品挺全的，适合长时间居住。住宿费用便宜，交通方便，位于市中心。

照明が暗かったですね、 毎日掃除が入りますがシーツの交換は有りません。 スリッパ、洗剤、は準備してありませんでしたが要求後届きました。 シャワーの出は少なめ、トイレ、洗面の水のでは少な目絞っている感じです。 テレビは日本語の放映は有りません。

주변 관광지로 이동시 편리함
객실도 깔끔하고 이용시 불편함없이 이용했습니다. 무엇보다 복잡한 관광지 중심은 아니지만 주변 관광지로의 이동이 편리하고 지하철역도 가까워서 상해에서 지하철을 주교통수단으로 이용했답니다.

Well located bit try to find another one
If the place was very well located. The hotel wasn't easy to find. The reception is at the 19th floor. The hotel was quite old, the sheets wasn't very clean and had holes... The WiFi wasn't great. I stayed 9 nights but they didn't make the effort to give me two new small bottles of water and tea bags every day.

離地鉄站只幾分鐘步行，附近有大型商場及不同食店，坐地鐵到其他地方亦十分方便，不錯的酒店，廚房也十分方便，晚上可加熱食物，下次會再考慮入住
