“Excellent Hotel, Helpful Friendly Staff”
The hotel were very helpful they arranged a car to pick me up from the Airport as I speak no Chinese. Communication in English was sometimes a little difficult but a memmber of staff was always found to sort things out. All the staff were helpful and Courteous. My room was clean and comforable they made my friend who visited feel welcome. The italian resturant was very good and breakfasts very good value.The room service menu is very good with sandwiches, chips etc if you fancy some western food. The door man was always cheerful and friendly. I felt very comfortable dispite our language differences the staff could not have been better. I would love to stay in this hotel again.
“Excellent hotel -- top quality, covenient, reasonable price”
I stayed for 2 nights in April 2009 on a business trip. The hotel is clean and nice. The room is spacious, especially the bathroom, which is larger than other hotel rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definite return to this hotel if I visit Shenzhen again.

For the price you pay, this hotel is quite reasonable. However, the facilities, though recently renovated, is not luxurious and the rooms are not that big. The washroom is substandard for a 5 star hotel and a bit small.
