“nice stay at Fairmont”
Very pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out, the room spacious and comfortable, nice views over the city. We think it is an exceptional deal for the price and location.
“Bathroom Needs Shower Setup Change”
Very pleasant staff and very cooperative and helpful. Service was My only complaint was the shower/bath setup. Shower outside the tub and set up in such a way that you could not hang the shower head so that you could shampoo your hair. The turn on/off taps on wall opposite the shower head and no door/shower or enclosure in that area so water splashed everywhere making the floor slippery outside the shower. It was probably an add on shower where only a bathtub existed originally - not a shower stall as such. Carpet appeared a bit old in the corridor of the floor where our room was located.
“Good hotel in SG”
My first Tay at the hotel was Not the best. This recent stay I was impressed with the service. Clean good service all the good stuff I expect from a fairmont ! The location is also excellent and has the mrt and many malls close by.
“Fairmont Singapore Review”
Could not fault this hotel in any way. Will probably stay there next time I am in Singapore.
“The Fairmont - a great place and location to stay!”
Excellent hotel. Very well located as part of a shopping mall. It is opposite Raffles and next door to the Swissotel - The Stanford. The MRT City Mall- red and green lines is a very short walk as part of the shopping complex. The shopping mall includes a huge variety of shops including a variety of restaurants and an excellent supermarket with a good selection of both Asian and Western foods (many imported from Australia). There are a number of tourist locations that you can walk to via the underground complex of shopping malls or if you prefer above ground. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The hotel laundry and internet are a little expensive. The internet is very fas and reliablet. The laundry service is excellent, they managed to remove ingrained dust stains from my socks.
“Very relaxing.”
The staff were very helpful from the word go.The room we stayed in was very clean and neat ,the pillows were extra comfy. The hotel is situated ontop of a Mall which also takes you through to the MRT City Hall train Station. We caught the mrt from the airport straight to the hotel its pretty straight forward.would stay here again when we come back we would highly recommend this hotel.
“Fantastic stay in Singapore”
Stayed at the Fairmont in at the beginning of April, it exceeded all of our expectations. the staff were friendly, the room was modern and huge, the location was perfect (right on top of Raffles City shopping mall and City Hall MRT). Tried the buffet breakfast which had heaps of variety and we cannot say enough about the staff at Prego who allowed us to have dinner at their restaurant even though they had closed at least an hour before. Minor flaws were the pool which did not have enough seating and the rain shower which did not stop dripping. Overall I would recommend the Fairmont to anyone visiting SIngapore.
“A Wonderful Break in Singapore”
Superb location with friendly, helpful staff making this short break all the more enjyable.
“Excellent Hotel”
We stayed for 4 nights in April - May 2012 at Fairmont Singapore. I would rate it as a great stay. It is definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at. I recommend it to everyone.
“Fantastic”
Great location, great facilities, great staff, expensive breakfast in the restaurant but your crazy if you eat in hotels especially with a mall and foodcourt downstairs,
