You have to ythtouga restaurant, and there's a make-shift front desk in the back. Not very inviting. Room was nice, new and clean, but only window was in the bathroom. The location and the quant street is fantastic.

We only stayed one night but it was a great hotel, great location. Free mini bar was a great addition, as well as local snacks provided in the lobby. Room was on the smaller side, as per pictures, but fine for us.

Clean and comfortable with great staff
This property was not what we expected at all but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great and is only a couple of minute walk to the Bugis MRT. The whole apartment was immaculately clean and spacious. Great air conditioning, a bath and comfortable beds all made this a very pleasant stay. The property goes above and beyond with a fully stocked minibar included for free (fruit juices, snacks, water and even a few beers!). Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. There was dust on lamps and the walls need some painting. It’s more a 3 star hotel than 4.

The pictures on the website and the description of the hotel was very different than the reality. The room we had was not really compatible for our family of four. We checked out the same day we checked in and then moved to another hotel. To me, this was a place I might have stayed while travelling in college, however, it was priced much more expensively. Definitely not worth the price.

I believe I arrived on 26 May, about 6:30am or perhaps 7:00am. The young male receptionist (wearing a mask appropriately) was quite sick, sniffling constantly. Of course, he touched my passport in order to sign me in. I have now tested myself for Covid, and I think I have it. That receptionist should NOT have been working when so sick! I got sick a day or so afterwards, an am now quite sick, too.

It is definitely not a four star hotel as rated at Expedia and the pictures are misleading. The hotel is a two-star standard. The room is even smaller than the one in Ibis. The first floor of the property is fully occupied by a restaurant. Since we were assigned a room in second floor, the room has a smell of the food.

I was on a business conference at Suntec City, so this hotel suits me perfectly...it's walking distance, lots of food around the corner, and close by to City Hall if I need to take the train. The room is quiet and clean. Room wifi is excellent. Really no complains.

Comfortable stay with great service.
Good comfortable hotel with big enough room and toilet. Also comes with free complimentary snack bar. Comfortable stay with nice big bed and good aircon control. However not enough power points provided and shower hose leaky. Breakfast was also good which you get with a voucher for Killiney. Comes with mains, side toast and drink.

Look fancy but it not
Room is very small, inter room ventilation is shared as so you can smell what your neighbours is doing in toilet. Hotel entrance is also a cafe entrance, so when you want to go to the lift, you have to walk through the cafe, and all the people eating there will look at you as some does not know it is a hotel as well. Since the hotel counter and cafe are in the same small space, it feel like you are checking in at a kitchen.

Great stay
Deluxe king room was smaller than expected but ok for our 4 night stay. Loved the freebies and all the extras like shoe horn, coffee machine etc but would have appreciated body lotion and hair conditioner. Would definitely stay again. Only one block from Raffles Hotel ( in fact we could see if from our room). Would recommend a visit to Fairview ‘Art Deco’ office Building - great exterior and even better ground floor bar with drinks and afternoon tea.

I liked the hotel very much, but I did wake up in the middle of the night concerned that there were no windows and it we had a fire could we get out in time.

Cute Room
A really nice boutique hotel close to City Hall and Raffles area. I was able to jog from the hotel to the Marina. Right outside the hotel is a row of local restaurants and bars.

No hot water for showers in the mornings (all three mornings). Hot water in evening, but waste about 5 minutes of water before it comes through. Cleanliness needs a bit more attention to detail. Older building, converted to a hotel so hallways etc are tiled. With a 24 hour check in, it means nights are very noisy with guest arrival and dragging suitcases etc

The hot water is actually connected in 1 link hence if your room had no hot water, then all other rooms will face the same issue. However we did not received any feedback from other guests, so perhaps you may turn the handle the wrong side. The 24hours operations is a norm in Singapore hotels as it gives the assurance to all guests that they may arrived from a late flight and even the comfort of knowing the hotel is always attended to round the clock.
