"Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. Very steep walk up to the property which is doable if you are quite active, would recommend to have a car or motorcycle otherwise. Close to a bus stop, nice supermarket and town centre. "

"From the beginning all the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We show up early to leave our luggage but they cleaned our room right away and let us check-in. The room was very clean with a great view. Thank you very much to Anastacio, José and a lady who was there. I would definitely recommend this hotel !"

"The staff at the Rock were very helpful and I could store my bag in the reception while being on a boat cruise after check out. Note that the reception is at ”the Water” which has the same owners. ”The Rock” i brand new as of mid July 2023. The view is spectacular. Highly recommended! "

"The best place to stay on Skiathos! Room was wonderful, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchenette, and lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It was a 30 second walk to a beach with gorgeous turquoise water in addition to a 25 minute walk into town. I can’t say enough great things about the staff who not only were super helpful with the check in and transfer from the port to the hotel, but drove me back to the port for my early ferry when leaving. "Property was overall clean and well maintained. Check in was friendly, quick, and easy to locate room. Breakfast in the morning was a plus - juice, water, coffee, some meat, cheese, bread and other items. Although it is right off of the main road where cars and bikes pass, the noise is nothing to make a big fuss over. Bathroom seemed renovated. Overall for the price I enjoyed the stay and will stay again this week once I return from Skopelos. "

Located in the Old Harbor area of the port, the hotel has a beautiful, old-style charm in its courtyard, lobby and dining/sitting room, and clean, fresh bedrooms and bathrooms, with charming modern furniture and fittings.
