The building parking garage entrance is very poorly designed as you go down to lower floors, the concierge for the hotel part of the building is at one corner where the entrance for condo room is on the opposite back corner, the building is just awkwardly built. It’s just a room with a bed and the street side is noisy, would never stay here again.

It was horrible. Rooms are in bad condition. Despite booking for 4 people, we got 2 pillows and small quilts. No toothbrush in the bathroom, no extra towels, worst place ever

A pleasant stay w/ family
Overall it was a pleasant stay. A no frills type of condo (there is a hotel and also a condo in an adjacent building). We stayed in the condo part and it was nice to have a kitchenette. It was clean but the building is definitely dated. Parking is sufficient and you can walk to the beach.

Good, not outstanding.
The stay was okay. The view was great of the ocean. The beds (twin room) were hard. The room was not dirty but in need of updating. No breakfast offered due to the governmental covid restrictions. Check in was smooth and staff generally friendly. Overall not bad but the price was a tad bit high for the overall condition of the room.

전반적으로 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 외옹치항도 가까이 있어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 샤워부스와 욕조가 둘다 있었는데, 샤워부스의 설계가 조금 잘못되어 그 안의 물이 목욕탕 내 바닥으로 흘러나와 불편했습니다. 그리고 냉장고가 와인 보관용이라서 그닥 차갑지 않아서 아쉬웠어요

Stayed with my family of 4. Positive is it’s within waking distance to the beach. Beautiful location. However, hotel is not worth the $100 I paid for it. Very rundown, horrible WiFi, hard beds. The sheet curtains were soo wrinkled it could even close the window. No toiletries. If you wanted extra towels that was a extra charge. Carpet had stains all over it along with the bed frame. We only stayed one day, which was manageable, but definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Not for a long term stay, okay for a day trip.
The carpets were worn out, the room didnt really have good sound proofing, bathroom had marks or paint from previous years of use. Not good overall...

I will point out two things that the hotel needs to improve; * The door to the bathroom was very dirty, fingerprints, toothpaste, soap stains and many other unknown things * we couldn’t control our own room temperature. The temperature was so hot we had a hard time sleeping. I called the front desk...told me to open the window facing the loud street traffic noise. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well.

Value for money hotel stay but staff needs improve
The hotel is conveniently located on the main thoroughfare of Sokcho so it's about 20 min taxi ride to the main attraction Seoraksan National Park! From the hotel, it's also a 15 min walk to nearby seafood market and Daepo harbor where you can find all kinds of seafood there! Hotel staffs were friendly and trying to be helpful but due to their limit on English proficiency, it's kind of a problem when we tried to communicate to them. Room was spacious and clean but basic. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement as basically was catered to Korean guest as there was not much choices especially continental breakfast or western cuisine!

The floor and mirrors were dirty. The lighting was poor and the lamp did not work. The cafe attached was not open both days. There is not much in the immediate area aside from mt seorak and the beach. The surrounding restaurants were closed. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful. There was no microwave for the food i bought from the 7-11

Terrible location. May have been a good hotel once but now neglected and dirty with strains all over carpet. Staff unfriendly and do not speak English. Air conditioning did not work.

Old, broken and filthy
Both our rooms were covered in mold, the carpets were beyond filthy and none of the appliances worked. The lights were broken and the shower curtain had been torn off so the bathroom flooded every time we showered. The safe was broken and the wifi was not working. The bar fridge was like warm. The room was unbearably hot but the aircon control was in Korean. When we called reception to help, they said that it was Autumn in Korea so it is all central heated and that if we wanted it cooler, we had to open the window. So basically it was either sauna heat or icy blizzard cold. We were so happy to leave.

Terribly Trained Staff
Rooms are decent, but the food, service and attitude of staff is terrible. The room had old damp carpets, no amenities and the front desk staff was unable to provide a toothbrush and razor. Lucky I speak Korean, since it seems like non one speaks English at this hotel.

Not that great.
The room seemed really nice when I first got in. In the morning I was able to see a bit more of what was there. The carpet was nasty. I don't think it had been vacuumed in quite some time. The shower curtain had mildew and mold all over it. I would say that the beds were the nicest things in that room.

Amazing Honeymoon Tour
It was an awesome coz they upgraded our room for free where the room is really huge. Me and my wife was surprised with the size of the room. The room was designed elegantly and the location to Mt. Seoraksan's bus stops and the bus terminal are in close proximity and is an ideal location if you're planning to go there.

Great location and the sunrise over the Sea too!
There was no parking ANYWHERE when we arrived. The hotel underground parking was almost non-existent, but the staff moved heaven and earth...and a few traffic cones and made a paring space for us! Check-in took less than a minute and the room was extremely clean, well designed and HUGE! It would be a suite in any other hotel. The breakfast buffet was well done and I would happily stay there again!

Overall condition of the room was acceptable. However, the room faces a busy highway and a car yard, where several dogs barked intermittently during the night. As there was no air conditioning in the room, we had no choice but to leave the windows opened. So we ended up having 2 sleepless nights. We will not come back for sure!
