"I checked in at 1pm, checked out at 11:30pm for a silly-o'clock flight. I just needed somewhere to relax and take a shower, so I didnt sleep there. Very close to the airport, in fact right next to the runway. Lovely pool on the roof where you can watch the planes take off and land. 👍"

"Absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms are squeaky clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and kind. The free breakfast was actually very good, you order when you check in. Also, the free ride to the airport was fast and instantly provided when we asked. Great team and a great hotel. There are some good.pizza and fried chicken places within walking distance. "Clean, but shower was hard to control. Drainage could have been better. Floor slippery. No safety grab bars in shower. Towell rack is above toilet. No hand towel at sink. Otherwise we liked it very much. Good breakfast provided. Staff friendly and helpful."

"A poor transportation decision found me at Hanoi airport at 1:00 am, and I'd Googled 24 hour check-in hotels in the vicinity. Booked Family Transit but wasn't sure if the Front Desk would still be open, so I used the Hotels.com chat with an agent to confirm. Hain waited up for me, and with minimal processing, i had a roof and a bed. Place was clean, spacious, and the perfect tonic. I slept well, was greeted with a coffee and a smile in the morning, and a taxi was soon arranged at a favourable price for my onward trip into Hanoi. Wonderful, and if he ever builds an infinity pool on the roof ... 👍"
