“worth of money i spend”
this hotel is one of the cleaniest and quit hotel i stayed so far. staff was very helpful. nice and warm pool. my little son enjoy it. lots of variaty in breakfast..overall nice hotel..thank you expedia
“AAAAwsom stay..quality inn & suites rock my stay.”
Hotel is conviniently located near the airport. our pick up from hotel with airport shuttle on time, breakfast was way better than expect in quality inn hotel..at least better than comfort suites. room was in good condition nice n clean..pool with crystal clear water ..nice n warm..overall good stay..
“Convenient location for where I needed to go”
The Quality Inn and Suites, served it's purpose for what my family and I needed for a weekend stay. If I were in the area again I would stay again.
“Not impressed”
The hotel was just ok. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Although, when we got there the room reeked of cleaner, we had to open a window to air it out. You could write your name in the grime on the side of the pool. The first night the pool was warmer then the hot tub.
“What a pain”
The staff was very difficult. Called to find out if we needed credit card at time of check in since the room was already paid for and they said no. But to my friends surprise when she got their they would not let here check in without card. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
“Ho hum”
Worked for our purposes.
“Didn't even clean our room, the spa under our room vibrated the whole room, etc”
The staff never cleaned our room one day(we were out of it all day and came back at midnight), the pool and spa equipment under our room caused our room to vibrate every time it went on and it was really loud, the computer with printer downstairs didn't work to print boarding passes and staff unhelpful. I wouldn't stay there again unless I had no other option.
“Find somewhere else to stay”
The overall condition of the Hotel was adequate at best and the Food or so called food they served for Breakfast was Horrendous! If you have to stay here eat out!!
