"The Brassey Hotel is an older hotel conveniently located in parliamentary area in Canberra. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and extremely informative. Bonus is the gym and spa co-located on the premises. Although there is no restaurant at the hotel, there are plenty of options for food in the immediate vicinity. The room was neatly organized and kept clean daily. I would stay here again when visiting Canberra!!"

"Very good hotel the room is very clean and comfy bed and pillows reception staff very pleasant the hotel itself is a very relaxing and calming place to sit and have a drink with the indoor plants the only problem we encountered was with the restaurant staff we had a booking but instead of being taken to our table the waitress just pointed to where we should go and after 10minutes we had to ask for a menu after our main meal we waited for 20mins for our dessert when it arrived we were told the chef forgot about our order the food was very good though just the restaurant service needs improvement but we will definitely stay here again"
