"Kaibin apartment is located at the good location - close to( probably 10-15 minutes walk) the center of the city. Subway is just a few minutes' walk as well. The service is a bit slow but ok if you are patient. If you request something, they will do to meet your need. Some rooms has the washer and the dryer. If you need them, they are very useful for stay more than a few days because there is no public laundry in the city and if you don't want to hand wash your soiled clothes. Now, the things...

"Arguably the best ever hotel I have ever stayed in China. The room is spacious and clean. Unlike many other hotels in China (including a five star hotel in same area I stayed before), everything in this hotel works as they are designed to. Front desk is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! A minor complaint is that its telephone set is unintuitive to use."

"Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. Everything is basic no frills. Breakfast was so so. Had a 1 bedroom double bed apartment and only 1 breakfast was included. Best go for twin bed for 2 breakfast but not worth it. No complaints and no compliments, just a plain simple apartment hotel."

"My first experience I ask opportunity of brand hotel for need helpful as reception staff was excellent hosting me going to find the right hotel. Staff phoned mobile phone for how to direction to get an apartment building. We found out this apartment but it was unpleasant road(path was under construction) I thought photo websites were perfect but in real life room was dark awful and unclean cupboard and kitchen has no wok, no cutlery, no plates. "A very pleasure stay. The room is clean, spacious and equipped with all I need, from a washer and dryer to a mini kitchen. The hotel is at a prime location and only takes about 5 mins to the subway station Restaurants and supermarkets are just right around the corner. I highly recommend it. "

"Close to Liuzhou railway station(5 bus stops), very clean and comfortable. The hotel reception is set on 42nd floor and all guest rooms are on even higher floors. Breakfast is also good. "
