"DO NOT STAY HERE! We would not recommend this place. We had 2 rooms reserved and were there to check in at the 4pm check in time. They told us our rooms were not quite ready and they would text us when they were. Two hours and 15 minutes later we finally got a text for one of the rooms. We had to wait in the check in line again, which was incredibly slow, to get our key. When we got to the counter both our rooms were ready. They apologized for the wait and gave us a sma credit to one of the restaurants and a late check out. We ordered food to use the credit, but after waiting 35 minutes for pizza, they gave part of our order to someone else, then said they were "out" of that pizza. They gave us 2 sodas instead. We had hoped to let our kids spend time in the pool and lazy river, but because of the stupid check in and food situation, we were only able to swim for about an hour before the pools closed. We finally got the text message for our second room at 8:30pm. The next morning we were all eating together in one of our rooms at 9:30am. We had already packed up the second room, but went back to do a last check that we hadn't forgot anything, and they were already cleaning it and would not let us in even though the late check out was supposed to be 11am. They told us anything found in the room would be sent to the lost and found, as if we would be waiting around for as long as that would take. The people were mostly nice, but the whole situation was just a joke. Ripoff!"
