"We were in rm 103, ground level. Nearly every day the cleaning crew started work at about 8am and the noise outside our sliding glass door was very loud with laundry carts being rolled around on the driveway and into the hallway. Because there were no elevators in the building (I asked the staff), the workers had to carry the heavy carts down the stairs - sometimes just holding one side of the cart and letting it bounce down the stairs - which was very loud. The absence of a rubber mat nearly caused my wife to fall down several times while showering. The nite check in clerk made me feel like having to serve me was a major inconvenience to him. When the fridge turned on, it made lots of noise. That said, the price was good, the unit was clean and well-maintained and it had most everything else we needed. Because of the noise, the Inn would likely be a last choice for another visit to Eugene."

"This property was just as described by the website itself and by other reviewers, and at a great location too. Very well kept, with nice spacious rooms that had modern touches such as headboard lamps/nightlights, desk outlets, and walk in showers. The balcony was somewhat small, but surved me very well for a nice dinner outside on the day it wasn't that cold. The sliding door let in plenty of natural light throughout the day. The front desk staff was very helpful, and many small items I needed throughout my stay were easily sent to my room or were handed to me at the desk. I didn't spend that much time in the lobby, but the time I did spend there was nice and plenty of seeting was found throughout. I didn't have much interaction with housekeeping, but the little that I did was fine and they seemed friendly."

"Great place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to shower and sleep for a night or two. Conveniently located by a McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Target and Walmart. Moving our daughter back from the U of O for the summer. It was perfect"

"The hotel its self was amazing the beds were extremely comfortable there continental breakfast was delicious and it wasn't a normal bagels and cereal breakfast it was ehatever you wanted cook to order I loved it my only complaints was they advertise heated in door pools the pool was frezzing cold and the hot tube was only Luke warm. And the second complaint was there hidden fees. Nobody told me when I reserved the room Noone told me when I was checking in or even when I checkout they never told me about there parking fee I just got a random bill and a charge on my card for parking not OK that upset me. But overall still a nice hotel I would go back"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is very busy with a bus stop in front of the hotel. This made the area feel unsafe in the evening. There were many shops and dining options nearby."
