Great location. Appeared very clean. Loved the daily check and replenishment of fresh towels and bathroom products. Free breakfast was ok but would have liked scrambled eggs. The railing above the tub was not properly secured to the wall and there was some mold. One of the beds squeaked every time an occupant moved and was uncomfortable. The fitted sheets kept slipping off the beds. But was otherwise satisfied.

We didn’t have any wash cloths in our room. I called down and was told they must have ran out and I could come down and get them. I asked if they could bring them up and they said no. Never heard of such a thing

Furnace/AC does not work right. Room freezing. Called to complain and was given a small space heater. Did not use Staff could care less. Waited until 4.15 to get in the room, even though check in at 3. Was told shortage of people to clean rooms. Will not be back.

Loved our room! The one thing I didn't like was that there was a bus stop right as you came into the parking lot. There was a Walmart across the parking lot, so that was a plus! I would stay here again!

This hotel was better than I expected however, we found trash behind our bed, our outlets in the bathroom did not work and when we needed things it was a little hard for the staff to understand us being that they’re all of different nationality. Our overall stay was great and my kids really enjoyed their pool hours. I would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel that accepts pets. Room did have a bit of an antiseptic smell, suggesting recent cleaning. Comfortable bed!! Good shower! Very nice staff. Breakfast was just so-so. No eggs served. Nicely decorated hotel. Some guests were noisy after mid nite. I would definitely stay there again!

Had room 316, was warned the heater is faulty some times. If it didn’t work, we could ask for a space heater. We got the space heater and it was very old and temperamental. My wife wasn’t confident sleeping with the heater running or leaving it on in our absence. Then when I used the bathroom for the first time, the handle came off. I put it on properly. Then we got woke is the first night with a a drunk beating his partner , 7 cop cars. The next night we had a mom with 4 kids a few doors down, screaming constantly at the kids and possibly worse. The property for the most part is nice however. Breakfast is left wanting but others enjoyed. But I don’t think I’d stay there again.

Late check in, late breakfast, our room #306 was right by the elevator, flag light shines directly into the room making it impossible to sleep with all that light and noise, hot portions of breakfast were vold, pool had so many chemicals that our kids had what appeared to be chemical burns even thoufh they showered directly after swimming. Horrible place
