There was a awful smell when entering the building. I switched rooms after the first night due to ants and another bug I found in my room. The offered breakfast was underwhelming, only ate a banana, coffee was cold. The decor was great and loved the layout of the room, but the previously mentioned failures made it so I most likely won’t book again.

The breakfast areas were not clean and breakfast food was not refilled on time. The trash cans and bins around the area were full and not cleared up.

The fan heat/air conditioner was not adjustable. It blew cold air, seemingly on high, all night. It was loud and there were not controls to adjust it. We found the controls, but t none of the buttons worked.

Overall, great stay
Loved the space. The best I’ve had during my one month of travel. Only issues I had was the bathroom sink drain was very slow to drain and I heard a crying baby earlier in the evening for about 1 hour. The music level in the breakfast area was very loud also.

Wow this place is amazing!!! Very nice and very clean. The rooms are amazing!!! Definitely will stay again here. Kudos to the management!! The front desk clerk was super nice and check in was so fast, after a long day of traveling that was greatly appreciated!!!

Stayed one night on business. The thermostat/air conditioner was faulty in the room. Tried calling front desk for help-no one answered. Hard to sleep when you are uncomfortable. Won't be back....
