“The Hyatt Regency Stay”
I would certainly stay again at the Hyatt Regency in St. Louis. The room had a great view of the Arch and it is within walking distance of it. I had a very pleasant experience during my stay.
“Great Service”
The staff is very service-oriented, professional, and polite. Not just a few, but every employee with whom I had contact - front desk, housekeeping, valet, concierge, gift shop ...you get the idea. Hyatt really knows how to hire.
“Hyatt in St. Louis”
A free breakfast would have been nice, but otherwise, it was a very nice hotel in a good location. You could see the arch from the room.
“Great place and close to everything downtown!”
Staff is so nice and accommodating. Great upgrade from the old Adam's Mark.
“Thrilled”
Received a free room upgrade. This allowed us to set up the huge walk-in closet as a bedroom for our baby. Perfect. Allowed us to bring our dog.
“If you're going to St. Louis, you gotta stay here”
Everything was awesome. Room was spotless with updated decor. Convenient bar and grill, Starbucks and steakhouse. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know going to St, Louis
“Great experience”
We were swiftly given a room and the staff explained everything we would need to know. The room was excellent and the beds were real comfortable.
“Great Place to Stay”
Very nice hotel in a great location. It is directly across the street from the Arch. They allowed pets (though with a $50 fee) and even provided treats and food and water bowls for out dog. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is very nice, a little pricey, but that's expected from a hotel like this. The price of the room was great too, though the pet fee and the parking fee ($20) add up fairly quick. As far as location in the St. Louis though, you can't beat this hotel.
“Best staff you can find in the St. Louis area”
This hotel is not as fancy as the other Hyatt hotels I've stayed but I gave it 5 stars because any shortcoming was made up by the service of the staff. When we first arrived, we were put in a room that wasn't cleaned properly. We didn't even have to request a change, because the staff quickly suggested a room change and even gave us a room with a view of the Arch. Fabulous. Throughout the entire stay, the staff kept ensuring that we were comfortable. Never encountered more caring hotel staff. They gave service beyond what was required. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in St. Louis.
“What a nice place.”
Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Hotel was quiet even though Mardi gras was going on and I was expecting to be hearing shouting all night. Good restaurants and bars on site. i would recommend paying extra for the awesome vip room thing they have going on. It was nice to relax overlooking the arch with a coffee or a drink and enjoy the serenity of the place. The rooms seemed a bit small but they were clean and gave us all the room we needed.
