From management to staff this facility is excellent. The food is fantastic and the drinks are moderately priced. Plenty of security staff on site.

Music, by the pool and beach! Didn t have to leave resort! Food was great and all staff! Definitely recommending to others and we will be back! Had the best memories.

There should be a bold disclaimer in their ad that states loud music will be blasting into your room until midnight, every night! If you are a night owl then probably not an issue, however if you go to bed early or have a baby this is not the resort for you.

Loud music until 3am on property so u can't sleep and the staff is rude. No hot water. They wanted $54 for 4 chairs on their beach. It wasnt just $25 extra at property it was $150 plus $40 to use their pool. Don't recommend. Their beach is covered with jet skis cant swim.

We loved the live music and the convenience of the restaurant by the pool. The hotel is also close to many other walkable restaurants. We did not care for the extra charge for lounge chairs and the umbrella by the pool. If we are already paying to stay at the resort along with resort fees the use of lounge chairs should be included.

No need to leave the property. Everything from food, drinks and entertainment available on site. This is not a quiet resort at night

Enjoyed area. Valet was wonderful. All staff wonderful. Clean. Right on the beach. Pool smaller than anticipated but not an issue. We would have like more hooks or areas to hang wet towels and swim suits in bathroom. Maybe hooks in shower as well. Only complaint was that we could hear the club music in our room after 10 pm on Friday night. But we were so tired that we were still able to fall asleep!

Loved the property, definitely will go back. Some construction was going on, so no dinner option. The rooms though clean and comfortable, not 5 star. Elevators in an odd location and slow. But overall, had a terrific time, food and drink options terrific and reasonably priced. Lots of options for fun in the sun or just sit and relax

It was an ok hotel but got very noisy at night. The property was a bit dated and our partial ocean view was overlooking a back alley and parking lot that gave you a glimpse of the water. Not what we were expecting

We had a late flight back home and needed a late check out or the use of a courtesy room. We were informed the property had neither, so we ended up changing in the pool washroom. We are 70 and 69 years old.🙁

First time at this resort and it did not disappoint! From relaxing at the pool, to walking the beach and the entertainment at night. The food was amazing to have lunch by the pool and the piña coladas were on point! Also rented a jet ski and it was awesome to do! Highly recommend this resort

Beautiful beach area. You have to pay for chair rental, but its worth it. I saw dolphins swim by daily and the beach wait staff was great. The music started around 2 and went until late night. This resort is about a 20 min. walk to down town where there are a good amount of restaurants, The Pier and boat tours. Overall a great place to go to relax and soak up the rays.

We loved our stay at shepherds beach resort. We came with our 18 month old. Very clean, love the beach. Daniel by the poolside was a total doll and very on top of taking care of the cleanliness and towels. What we didn’t know is that there is a big nightclub under the one building. We were on the fourth floor and the vibrations and beats went on until 230AM on Friday night. The food and drinks in property were great. Loved walking into the town area. All in all great stay and would recommend

Definitely a party hotel, super loud music til midnight EVERY night. No in room TV with movies or ability to stream. Breakfast buffet overpriced and food old and reheated. Housekeeping practically non existent. Linens and towels old and scratchy.
