“Lived like a Tsar”
I really enjoyed Petro Palace. The Deluxe room was like living in a palace. The fitness center was immaculate. The restaurant and bear show was fun. The Sky Bar was really nice. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The hotel is in the middle of downtown near everything. And all this for a reasonable price. I highly reccomend Petro Palace.
“great location, decent price”
room was very clean and functional. gift shop is cheaper than the markets. great coffee shop down the street. within walking distance of everything, incl. the other 2 islands so you never need a taxi. i would highly recommend this hotel unless you're splurging on a luxury hotel.
“Great Hotel”
This hotel combines a great location for the St Petersburg visitor with a friendly and willing staff to make your stay memorable. The room was much more comfortable than I expected and the food in the restaurant and breakfast buffet was outstanding. I will want to stay at this Hotel the next time I go to St Petersburg.
“Excellent location to all sightseeing”
We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff helpful and friendly, location wish could not have been better. Most sightseeing attractions are in walking distrance. There is a restaurant just accross the road called Da vinci well worth a try on your visit to St Petersburg.
“A perfect city location”
Petro Palace has a near perfect location for seeing St. Petersburg's main attractions. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel concierge was extremely helpful and always available. Breakfast was good. Tried Zoom restaurant as recommended by an Expedia customer and loved it for it European style Russian cooking. Not far from Hotel. Concierge found out where it was for us. Do not spend all your time at the Hermitage the Russian Museum has a most splendid exhibition of Russian art. If you only go to one Church go to the Church on the Spilled Blood. You will not see mosaics like it anywhere else in the world. I have already recommended Petro Palace to many people. Location Location Location.
“Excellent Location”
Walking distance to many major attractions and shopping district. Helpful and attentive staff (who all seemed to speak English).
“russian hotel”
we were extremely pleased with the hotel, it had a very russian feel about it which we wanted the breakfast was lovely scrambled eggs and smoked salmon and wonderful pastries, which was typical of the country. There were a large number of russian people staying there which is always a good sign. Would recommend it for people who do not want to stay in an impersonal hotel which could be in any country as they are always the same. Very central position.
“Excellent Hotel!”
It is hard to fault this hotel. Perfect location, great facilities, helpful staff. This is a shiny new hotel (very clean, very well run) based in a refurbished old building in central St Petersburg. At breakfast you are spoilt for choice - porridge; cereal; egg, sausage & tomato; cheese & ham; pastries; toast; even cakes! We didn't try the hotel restaurant in the evening, as there were so many good restaurants nearby. The staff will make recommendations and point you in the right direction. The rooms are air conditioned, so you can set the temperature as you want. The bathroom had under-floor heating - very pleasant when it is 10 below outside! Overall: 100% satisfied.
“This is great deal Hotel vs Money!!!”
this is very well located hotel and very closed to most interesting venues
“Fabulous Trip to St Petersburg Russia”
It was a great hotel in a great area. The conceirge service was terrific. There restaurant was also good. We would go back there again if we were in St Petersburg.
