"The bed was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It was so bowed I kept rolling to the middle of the bed from either side"

"It really is a great hotel although we were in a room where the toilet was leaking. It took them close to an hour to get a maintenance guy to come, and then all he did was suggest we put a towel around the base of the toilet. The front desk and management did not even offer to help us change rooms. Which that is really a sad reflection of the management of this hotel. Other than that, the hotel is really a nice property."

"The room was absolutely amazing, far more spacious than we expected and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond by providing excellent local recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and things to do in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly felt well taken care of and would gladly stay here again!"
