Our experience at the hotel presented several challenges. The need to replace the key card daily proved inconvenient, and the presence of yellow spots in the sink was disappointing. Furthermore, a two-day outage of the main room light left us relying solely on side lamps and bathroom lighting. To compensate for this inconvenience, the hotel offered us a complimentary hour at their spa, which operates on a reservation basis to ensure a tranquil environment, featuring a signature spa experience.
The breakfast offerings were limited and resembled those of a basic hostel rather than those expected of a four-star hotel, despite being priced as such. However, the bed was notably comfortable, and some staff members were accommodating, though others were less responsive. For instance, a 15-minute wait at the reception desk was necessary to address a malfunctioning key card.
Unfortunately, the bathroom amenities, including the shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, had an unpleasant scent and left the skin feeling dry.
In summary, while our overall experience was pleasant, it was marred by several issues, leading to a rating of no more than three stars.
