Front desk was very nice. Property is rather old and hallways were drab and the trash can in hallway was really dirty. Hotels on either side are really run down and makes it seem a little unsafe. Room is ok. It’s clean. Bathroom needs updated.

There were holes in the walls. The room and entire interior areas were filthy. The one positive was the lady who served us breakfast. She was very courteous and attentive. We did not get her name but she was a black lady from Manhattan. She deserves a 5 star rating.

Staff was super rude and rooms was super dirty dont use them i have pictures to prove how dirty the bathroom was super dirty and u only get 2 towels and if u ask for clean ones they say we give out new ones every 3 days so if towels are used best hang it or ur wont have towels dry for evening i was very unhappy with their service especially staff so so so nasty rude to the guest i even got cursed out by an employee i was so nervous i had to get my family i got super scared !!!'

This was my first time using the pre check-in online. But it will not be my last. I walked in the door she checked the paperwork gave me my key and I was on my way. That was the easiest check-in I have ever done. This was my second time staying at the property, I like it.

Very run down property. The front desk area is very nice but our room was terrible. The ceiling in the room was pealing the floor was dirty, the bathroom had mold around the shower and a 2” gap around the toilet. I would never stay here again.

The shower was dirty like someone had forgotten to clean it. The floors were wood and had stuff all over them when we got there. Things kept sticking to our feet. The blankets are extremely thin and our bed frame was dirty and looked very outdated. The elevator floors were also disgusting like they hadn’t been mopped in forever.

Reviews are misleading
First off, front desk is unmanned. Waited almost 10 minutes to check in, we could hear them talking on phone. First night we were locked out of room due to key not working, waited another 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us to correct issue. Checking out, nobody around. Parts of hotel looked remodeled ie. Conference rooms but 5th floor has wallpaper pealing from walls near elevator. It was quiet and hot water is decent after it warms up but we probably won't stay here again.
