"The visual and aesthetics were amazing. The below average condition of the property made me rate it in such a way. Slide door is tilted, bathroom separation glass was leaking to the restroom seat. The bathroom windows had no mesh making insects and mosquitos swarming the room. In conclusion, the room was nice, the hospitality was great and its location to major attraction areas was a plus other than that I have wished it was in a better condition than stated in previous reviews. "

I tried for 5 days to reach out to make arrangements however the hotel would not respond, either to me or the Expedia reps whom i was dealing with. "We enjoyed our stay at Beji Ayu and found it clean, spacious and reasonably convenient for walking to shops, warung and even the beach (a bit of a hike but a simple route and interesting). It was surprisingly peaceful. The outlook across the river is a bit shabby but it didn't bother us. The real treasure is the lovely staff, Henry was a legend and we were sad to say goodbye!"

"I needed a short day stay due to a long connecting flight. This hotel has gone down hill since it's first opened. The location on Sunset Rd is quite convenient, but room is tired looking. Good value if you're willing to compromise on the comfort."

Property is run down, the sink tap wobbled so much I thought it might break off. Bathroom was yuck. Wifi super slow and breakfast included gives you one pancake cut into 1/4's. "Badly maintained property, dirty and dysfunctional. A/c runs but doesn't cool, I reprted but the problem got ignored. toilet kept getting blocked, TV has no remote control and doesn't switch on, I was told, Only local channels though. No house keeping, filthy towels and stained sofa, The villa could have potential, the guy running it is pretty helpful. Wifi was good. "The villas are very nice. The villa we stayed in was rather large. The perks included a private pool (good size and quite deep), large living space with fully equipped kitchen, large dinning table and large lounge area with a flat screen. There is also a private toilet separate to the the master bed room. Master bed room is large with plenty of room for storage. There is a very luxurious spa next to the master room and outside shower area with a private bathroom/toilet facilities all included....
