"The hotel is a tourist attraction in itself. It is set in beautiful grounds with great facilities. Used the restaurant many times with great service and great food. Would stay there again without hesitation."

"Service is excellent. Being upgraded to bigger room. The only issue is the area is very noisy. We also can hear banging from the top floor which I believe is a dismantling of event equipment. Other than that service is excellent and great location. "

"Got interconnecting King & Deluxe Rooms for my family. Deserving of a 5star for the price point. Rooms and toilets were modern and clean, beds/pillows comfortable, just 10mins drive from the big Tunjungan Mall, Service staff attentive and polite. They went out of their way to search up massage parlours that we can go to since it is not available at hotel. Breakfast spread was good too. Our only grouse is that almost the whole bathroom gets wet due to the open concept shower area. Will certainly be back when next in Surabaya. "

"Very welcoming hotel. Clean, spacious and wonderful staff. Food is good with plenty if choice for everyone. The gym is a bit dated but has enough equipment. Calm atmosphere all around. "
