"What luxury! The bed the sheets the shower. I had a rough few nights in prior hotels with various issues so it was such a joy to come to the Randolph. All the staff, at the desk at the bar in the hallways! were so welcoming so friendly and helpful. Please, everyone treat yourself to some luxury "

"This was a night away for my wife and I. We thought the facilities and room were perfect for us. The hotel was in good repair but retained its period charm. The staff could not have been more helpful. Service in the restaurant was very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. The quality of the food served up in the evening didn't quite live up to the high quality of the rest of our stay, but it was perfectly pleasant."
