Very obliging reception, parking was OK but limited, no breakfast was a negative when we were attending a conference which started early.

I love this charming hotel. A discrete, afterhours key locker meant that I could still be welcomed securely when arriving after business hours. My room provided everything I needed for a short stay. The property faces a pretty, leafy park and is only minutes walking distance from the UNSW and Randwick racecourse

Good location for Randwick visit
The receptionist are friendly and helpful, room are clean and tidy. Place are quiet , but accessible to Main Street in few minute walk with lots of food and shops

Quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. Comfortable bed and very spacious room. Note stairs only to each floor if you aren’t very mobile but ok for us.

Beautiful spacious room
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely old terrace home. The room was very spacious, with a separate sitting area situated on the ground floor. Close to shops and transport and walking distance to the beach if you don’t mind the up hill climb home. Only a very minor disappointment was that the room opened onto a walkway and looked into a meeting room, so no private outdoor space. But for the price this spacious room was excellent and we didn’t mind forgoing the outdoor space.

Such a beautiful old building that is well kept and offers stunning accommodation. Staff were lovely, the room was super spacious and the king bed was super comfy. If I had one negative was the bathroom was a little small when you are on the toilet particularly (being taller) but otherwise it was super nice. I would highly recommend staying at this little boutique hotel for anyone visiting Sydney. There is free parking our the front and some out the back and the hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the Randwick tram which takes you straight into the city. Will defintely be back when we come again.

CUTE Historic Boutique hotel
so cute. Love this hystoric B/B style accomidations. Service was fantastic and loved the cute little town. I only stayed 1 night which was at the end of our trip so it was great.

The building is a beautiful grand terrace that has been tastefully refurbished as a boutique hotel. It is located opposite the park in Randwick CBD and is in a quite stree. It is close to shops, many restaurants and public transport.

Certainly did the job!
Beautiful building and very comfortable bed in a very large room. No lift (I guess as one should expect in a building this old) so being on the 3rd floor was not great for my old knees! Would I stay again? Yes! But might explore lower floor options!
