We loved our stay! Rooms were clean and spacious & not far from Casula Mall. Exceptional customer service made our stay extra pleasant - esp from Remi, he was so friendly and must we say, he deserves a raise! Thank you Remi for your above and beyond customer service. Really great hotel, I stay in Sydney a lot and this hotel was reasonably priced, fantastic rooms, really comfortable bed with top quality linen and the restaurant downstairs was brilliant. I ate there twice and both times I had a great experience. The steak in particular was so good. I will definitely stay there again.

We had nothing but problems staying here. Had to change rooms 3 times due to issues and still had aircon not working in the 3rd room but gave up when staff couldn't care less and didnt bother getting back to me about it. Finally got told on leaving the whole facility has electrical issues they can't currently resolve. We only had 1 decent nights sleep out of 4 as the room was too hot but given no compensation at all even though they knew it was an issue. Also, if an event is on at the attached entertainment venue there is no parking at all as there's no dedicated hotel guest parking. The rooms are nice but the issues left us not enjoying them. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed in the same room consecutively in January and March. I see the same cobwebs in the same place, toilet floors with the same stain marks and the shower water overflowing to the bathroom floor. The reception staff don't want to price match what i find in other booking websites. WHY? The staff hesitate to fix a sofa bed for us. WHY? Some of the younger reception staff come across as borderline rude. Not sure if they've been trained in hospitality.

Room was spacious, Beautiful, Customer services and staff greeted us cheerfully, Welcoming,breakfast and dinner delicious, complement to Chef and all the Staff for there Customer services, great experience definitely returning and recommend to family and friends.

Excellent customer service and on arrival earlier requests for rooms were all set up and ready for use. Restaurants close to Hotel was also convenient for our two days stay. One of the best hotels we have stayed so far.
Standard room had a lot of space. Good water pressure in the shower. I used the gym and went into the Liverpool Catholic Club. Both easy to access and dining options were good. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
Easy to park, breakfast was nice and substantial, rooms clean, room service arrived quickly, movies and tv easy to navigate, the pool looked clean and visually appealing my daughter had fun in the pool.
Staff were amazing, food was great and quick to receive, room was lovely and clean, bed was comfy.
I would recommend new pillows, they were lumpy and not as fluffy as we would have liked.
But overall, an amazing place to stay
First :
Came to the room after a long day in the city , the bed sheet were dirty , full of hair that did not belong to me , rang the reception no answer, went down and the front reception told me he is the only person there and he won’t be able to change the sheets . I as a guest had to do that and change the sheets .
Second :
When arriving the front office ( Rami ) told me they will wave the early check In as I was arriving from the states. Leaving the facility they charged me $50 and told me they would not honor the other employ ( Rami) .
The pool was a decent size, however, it’s not heated. The water was ice cold which made it hard to enjoy if you don’t like ice cold water for swimming. The staff were excellent.
It was very relaxing staff made it comfortable even the cleaners were helpful....Definitely going to recommend this hotel to friends and family. I am going stay here again next time.
MERCURE provided 2 TV's in our room (#525) as a matter of fact every stay at Mercure over the past 18+ months every room has had 2 TV's quite an indulgence and quite unnecessary. However, if MERCURE is providing 2x TV's why does the main TV in every room we have stayed not function? The MERCURE solution is GUESTS have to sit in/on their bed to watch TV and only one TV provides access to Australian Free to air stations. We asked for assistance the last time we stayed and again this time and they do not communicate about fixing the issue. We believe it or not, prefer not to sit on our tailbone in bed to access free to air TV. Either remove the TV that does not work, or programme it so that MERCURE Guests can sit on the couch provided to watch the wall mounted TV. We asked for re-programming on Thu 30 Nov..... we were told it would be fixed Friday 1 Dec - it was not, we re-advised RECEPTION on 2 separate occasions 2 staff members ( a female and a male ) Saturday 2 December. No follow-up no communication. REMOVE or fix the TV's that donot provide access to Australian content.
Beds were comfortable. Quiet area with plenty of parking. Bathroom products have a lovely fragrance and we were able to purchase some from the hotel to take home. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast. We have booked again for our next trip to the area.
It is always nice to stay at Mercure the staff are amazing they cannot do enough for you to gave a brilliant stay unfortunately we were staying there again next weekend but due to pricing and funds we had to go elsewhere but Mercure is our stay place.
