"The building is in disrepair and need some serious attention. There is mold and mildew in the bathroom around the tub. There was an old coffee pod in the coffee maker. The staff is always amazing at this facility, but the building really needs remodeled, updated and cleaned up. There are so few options in this area to stay and we like to visit our hometown. I don’t want this property to wind up being a five and a six like the other hotels around here."

"We stayed for two nights to attend a local race. The front desk clerk, who was very nice, changed our room to a 2nd floor corner room, which he said was one of the finest he had. The room was huge, but sparsely furnished. There was also no maid service after our first night, which was really no big deal, but it would have been nice to have a small cafe table and a couple chairs. "If you are coming to Lincoln Landing for a fishing tournament their is not better place to stay. They have plent of space and plugs for your boat. The hotel is right on the river so it has a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
