"The property is run down, stains on couches, table is taped together, water leaks in the walls and on furniture. Was most likely a beautiful home At one time but it has been abondonded and not upkept. "

"to start off with we arrived to find no record of our booking of 3 nights which we had made months in advance and all the villas were booked out. we got sent to their sister motel up the road which was ok but disappointing we didn’t get our villa. we rang expedia and they contacted villa puspa to see what happened, we were told we will get a villa for 2 nights out of three nights we had booked. so we went back the next day and we were put in a different villa (upgrade to 2 bedroom as our 1...
