It’s nice they have 24 hr gym and laundry room. But there are only 2 small washers, I have to wait for a long time for a washer became available.

Overall was ok, could be better if the in-room wifi speed is decent. Main complain is the slow wifi speed. Had to resort to using the room LAN point.

I wanted to give it an excellent rating, as the service and room was very good. But, what really pissed me off, is that the wifi was really bad. The reception in my room either was very intermittent or none at all. I have to spend time trying to "hunt" for different network, which was very frustrating. For an oversea business traveller, wifi is a given in any good hotel. It is part of services to the hotel guest. But Hotel Tango really was a letdown here.

Good service , great location
Nice firm bed. Decent size room with work desk and single sofa. Spa jet bathtub. Mechanical carpark was broken at the time but they had contract carpark with the mall next door.

Expected better at this price point.
Brown unidentifiable stains in jacuzzi. Staff came up, touched it with his fingers and claims it's "ok" because its stuck on and won't come off. See attached picture. Was in a rushed, showered anyway and accepted the earlier offer of switch to a same standard of room. It was much smaller and not what I booked. Didn't have time to deal more with it a d just compromised. Walls are thin, can hear a couple getting intimate at around 10am. Was not a pleasant experience to be woken up by their call during the day prior to checking in, around 9am. Staff woke me up to ask me what time I will be checking in when I'm not even out of bed or in their city yet. On check out day, staff called my room again before my alarm went off to remind me that check out time is at noon. Two unrequested wake up calls, one prior to arriving is annoying enough for me to write this review. Hope they improve on this and other guests what have to suffer the same fate.

Nice boutique hotel with normal size room and window. Breakfast has variety of choices. Hotel staff care about the customers, and willing to do more than expected. It's located in city center, but need taxi to go around. Hotel staff will help to get taxi.

It’s still a good business hotel for the location and clean rooms, but internet connection need to be upgraded badly, I waisted lots of time everyday try to get connection stable. Breakfast open at 7:00 am is too late for business travelers

Great stay!
Everything was nice, breakfast was well prepared, and neighborhood is convenient. Only thing they can improve is the parking lot, space limited that needed to park in an outside parking lot.

Good place to stay
Have stayed in other Tango Hotels in Taiwan and have to say have been very satisfied with each one. This one in TaiChung does not disappoint. The service is excellent. Reception is very polite and helpful. Location seems central enough, not too sure because took taxi (arranged by reception) to shopping and night market about 10 minute ride. Overall, Tango is consistent, which I appreciate when traveling.

Very nice stay
Spacious room (Wonderful Studio) with a washing machine with is really good for us who have traveled for a couple of days already. The hot tub with massage function is awesome. The king sized bed and the pillows are really comfy. Very nice stay. The location is good but don't expect too many local food at low price. The restaurants around are relatively high-end, such as hotspots or Japanese BBQ, but they are worth that price.

Every time I have stayed at the Tango Taichung, my room has been comfortable and the staff have always been nice. Not to mention that the hotel is located in a great area. I give Tango Taichung 5 stars.

The hotel is very clean! Everything is new! Also the location is very good, there are many restaurants near the hotel (walking about 5-10mins). The only problem is the parking space, they don't have many parking lots, but they can provide another parking space, need to walk 3 mins. If you have many luggages, it's better to check in early and don't drive back late. The breakfast is really nice, although it's buffet but the hotel provide many types of food, I will stay in the same place next time!
