Stayed here for 9 nights. On the key card holder, it clearly stated that rooms would be cleaned every 3 days (this was hi-lited in pink). So on day 4, we left our towels on the floor expecting a cleaning. To our surprise, no cleaning. When we went to the desk to inquire, we were told it was to be done only after 7 days, per the fine print on the room door.
Photo of cleaning policy is shown. If you stay 3 or less nights, no cleaning, but if you stay 4 nights or more, you get cleaning every 3 days. BUT if you stay more than 7 nights, you get cleaning every 7 days.
We complained, and they said if we want full cleaning they would have to charge us. After we pointed out the conflicting policy, they agreed to clean on following day. The "clean" towels we received has brown streaks on them. And we NEVER got another cleaning our entire stay (we stayed 9 nights and only got cleaned on day 5)! Floors were dirty, bathroom was dirty and moldy.
Additionally there were a few design flaws, such as not enough space to hang towels to dry, and a very short area to hang clothes such that the clothes touched the bottom.
The bathroom had a large step up, then another smaller step up to the toilet which made for a hazardous tripping/falling risk (not all bathrooms are like this but ours was). Next to no counter space in bathroom.
I might be able to forgive the design flaws, but the lack of cleaning and poorly written policy are unforgiveable.
