Everything is perfect except that the heater didn’t work for our bedroom and I find the quadruple bed too small for 2 pax. It is smaller than the normal queen size bed width of 150cm so it was slightly uncomfortable for 2 adults to be sharing it.

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff, they even wore fancy dress costumes at reception during Halloween! Rooms were big and I especially liked the bathroom with the shower and toilet all separate. Water and soft drinks were complimentary each day too. Location was close to local shops, cafes and restaurants too. I didn’t use the subway but believe it was only a few minutes away. Can not recommend this hotel enough.

Hidden Gem in Taipei!
Thank you to Hotels.com and Just Palace for this beautiful property located in central Taipei! From the moment you see the grand entrance to the gorgeous lobby and friendly, professional Front Desk staff, your expectations will be exceeded! Check in was fast and efficient and the receptionists were always smiling and cheerful. The rooms were beautiful and well cleaned. Even the Housekeeping staff were friendly and fun to chat with. The location was perfect with a large grocery store located in the same building and many local restaurants located only seconds away. The train station is about a 6 minute walk and Miramar Mall is only two stops away (I was also able to walk it in about 25 minutes). I paid less than $100.00 USD per night however this hotel could easily be $300+ and you would still be extremely satisfied. Well done to the General Manager and all of the staff at Just Palace Taipei, EXCELLENT!

The hotel is located in residential area. Quiet and peaceful. Night Market is nearby (just 5 mins walk). 24 hours Supermarket is just under the hotel. You can reach MRT station by walking 5-8 mins.

Hidden gem
This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s not on the main roadway, but it is a top-notch hotel. It certainly caters to foreign guests as all of the staff is bilingual. As an English speaker I was extremely comfortable. They were able to help arrange car service to and from the airport. In the area You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and parts of the main business district. I will definitely stay here again!

New Hotel, good size rooms, TV has limited channels in English. Nice staff. Breakfast area is small and can be crowded some times. No Bar in the hotel. Located in a residential area with a lot of small traditional Taiwan stores. 10 minute walk from the MRT (Train) .

I'm a business traveler, and stayed here because it was close to my meetings. I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and beautiful conditions of the room and the entire hotel. The staff spoke flawless English, and were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Taipei.
