No Parking. Customer service very ego. Keep chasing guests to leave whether it is breakfast time or check out time. Old furniture and room smell dusty old.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Over all staying for over 2 weeks have great experience.Definitely come back again next time when visit Taiwan.

Over all is very nice. I booked 2 weeks of staying. I’m happy the room was pretty good size water was stay strong and nice hot. Since we stayed for 2 weeks not just couple night if they would have provided a microwave in the room I would be very very happy. It’s kind of inconvenient without a microwave since I live in US and heavily used it. Otherwise I like the hotel and consider returning back here next year when I’m visiting Taiwan again.

Place is abit old but furniture still in good condition, only thing is the air-conditioning is not remote control, 2nd day then found the control knob, which is not at normal eye level to spot it, and after adjusting it, feel no difference in the room temperature.

We booked Santos Hotel Nov 1 to Nov 3 2023 There was a fire, with smoke, late at night. The whole building was evacuated, with guests standing outside waiting for hours, some in pajama. The hotel had to ask every guest to cancel their stay and leave. Since then, we've been waiting for our refund. I contacted Hotels.com as well, and they told me it would take 1 week to process and that was 2 months ago and no refund yet. Hotels.com could care less that a room they sold caught on fire and they did nothing proactively to take care of the customers. i had to find another hotel that night myself, paid for it, and didn't ask hotels.com to reimburse me for incidentals. I just want my refund for the room in the hotel that caught on fire and we didn't stay in.

We stayed at the Santos Hotel for about 12days and it has been an overall decent experience! There is a lot to like and things to take note of: Location - 8/10: Very convenient! Minquan W Rd Station(metro) is a 6min walk from the hotel which can take you easily to key places for your visit. there are many bus options nearby as well as a few 7-11’s around. Taxis can be found outside the station too. Staff/ Customer Service - 8/10: Staff was helpful and responsive to issues. One of our lamps went out and they came to fix it quickly. Housekeeping also very helpful and quick in cleaning. They are willing to provide you with change of towels and trash bags if you do not end up room cleaning for the day. Amenities - 7/10: Not the worst; everything was functional but wallpaper and the bedding seemed outdated. The first day there was a musty smell but it went away after we ran the AC. AC is climate controlled and if it’s too hot you can open the window, otherwise when the AC is useable it’s very cold. Perfect for sleeping! The pillows on the bed are deceivingly thin. They are puffy at first but once you put your head on them they deflate and don’t provide enough support. Would recommend using the extra blankets in the closet to prop it up. Overall Score - 8/10: Overall, good experience. The location is great, staff was decent, and having a convenience store downstairs is always a plus. There were some minor issues with amenities but nothing that ruined the trip.

Not worth your money.
Moldy air, smell really bad from carpet which never been changed for decades. Moved to different room after first night, still moldy air, stinking smell from carpet.

Tried to check in at 4pm but was told to was in the lobby for almost 20min because the customers checked out late. If you want customers to check in late, please do inform the customers as head of time; don’t let them tiredly wait in the lobby. I also requested a technical service as our toilet was jammed,m. I waited for 2 hours, and no one showed up. What a great service.

likes - Location. I prefer local neighborhood than shopping area or tourist area, so this one is perfect! It's near metro station and many restaurant or food place there. - Room. It's cleanliness and comfortably to stay. - Safety. You need to tap your keycard when use the elavator. Dislike - some functions in the room is not working. In my room, the auto washlet seems not working but it's okay for me, so I didn't notice the staff.

Stayed for 4 nights. Reasonably priced hotel with reasonably spacious room that comes with bathtub and toilet with biget. It is near the mrt. There is also a direct bus that we took from the airport that stopped just opposite the hotel which saved us quite a sum on the transport had we took taxi! Only downside was it did not have heater when we stayed during the cold weather period. Overall, a good hotel for its location and cleanliness. Nice hotel staff around. We would like to thank the service of the front desk staff, concerige and staff who had our room cleaned during our stay. We may return some day again as we had enjoyed our stay.
