Takes a little while to get to the hotel from metro. Need to walk pass 2 7 Elevens before you reach Turn Left to reach the hotel. Hotel is a little rundown.

It’s not heated and was very cold in the hotel . It’s a older hotel needs updating. Front desk was great service. Location okay close enough walk to Metra 4 blocks . But in Jan very cold inside rooms no heat at all . Will not stay in winter here .

The staff was great. They were welcoming and accommodating. The property is the problem. The room was simple but has all necessary items including a fridge. The shower in the bathroom looked dirty. Some of it looked like stains, but some looked like dirt. I wore slippers in the shower just in case. The room smells old as well. The biggest problem was that the walls and floors are thin, and I could hear everything from the room upstairs and the rooms around me. I had a horrible time trying to sleep well. For that reason, I would never stay there.
Hotel was hard to find but it was located in a safe neighborhood and close to the MRT. The room was surprisingly huge, including the bathroom! The price is reasonable and the free breakfast was an added bonus. I would recommend this hotel, especially when you're on a budget.

Everything including location is average. With this price one can’t expect much. Probably can find better deal elsewhere.
This is an older hotel that has been updated. Room are spacious enough for Taipei hotels. Good access to two lines of MRT. Did not have to take a cab for 4 days in Taipei except for the ride from Sungshang Airport to the hotel. Wonderful 24 hr laundromat across from the hotel that can dispense laundry detergent, wash then dry a load in about 45 minutes. Hotel is surrounded by message therpy shops that are very competitive in pricing and services. Breakfast is good, coffee is freshly grounded beans but dinning facility is a bit dated.
I would call this place 2star hotel.
Clean beds but hair balls in bathroom. I don’t think they spend enough time cleaning. Over all
The room had lots of wears.
Located on a quiet lane way close to MRT, laundry, playground, places to eat and convenience stores. Staff are friendly and helpful, English is good. Family room is a good size, we would stay again - we stayed 7 nights with a family of 3.
The hotel was located in a quiet alley in the heart of Taipei. Close to restaurants and cafes. The hotel's staff was quiet and nice. The room had a couple of dents in the wall. The walls are very thin and I heard the room above us throughout the night. Overall, would stay here again if I got a different room that you cant hear everything outside in the hall and upstairs.
Located in a small alley, close to MRT and several cafes and restaurants. Room was clean, staff friendly, easy self service check-in and checkout. Safe area for solo travelers.
Overall a good experience. The location was convenient. One unpleasant surprise is that at check-in I was told the room is for 4 people not 5 that we had. It was clearly reserved for 5 people when I booked on hotels.com. We opted not to request a roll away bed because the room was small and there would be no space to walk around if another bed was added in. They charged us for an extra person anyway (would have been more with the roll away bed).
