"Excellent location. Good breakfast. Need to greatly enhance the check in procedures. It took nearly 90 minutes: Unprecedented and unnecessary delays. Fortunately, we survived that ordeal and found the place was more than decent."

Bad experience
"Very bad experience. The check-in is very complicated and finding the good parking too! After visiting 2 different apartments, we settle in without towels, without toilet papers and without bedding for my son. Very disappointed and hopefully we were staying just for one night!
