"Hotel has free shuttle pickup from and to airport. The signs in the airport are very clear and easy to find. The shuttle is very punctual! If you miss one you need to wait for 1 hour for another. The hotel also allows late check out without any extra charge which is very considerate and convenient."

"Brought my parents over to Taipei, Taiwan for their first time and happy that I chose this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although we did not manage to get a room with a good view but the upgrade to recently renovated room provided comfort to us and we enjoyed the accommodation.
