The contact with the reception lady was very unpleasant. She was very impatient and didn’t want to answer my second question of which both the questions were very simple. The first one was “the direction of airport transit station “. She finger pointed. The second question was “Is there a sign?”. She was silent and looked at me Only.

The property is located in a nice area and is safe but I didn't the fact that there was no heat in the rooms at all. The temperatures had fallen to 10-12C. The Hotel could not even provide a space heater. It made it very uncomfortable

OK for the price
Front desk people were great, breakfast was average and the room was OK for the price. The bath room towels were kind of old. The ac vent blows air toward the head when sleeping.

Location is perfect, just next to the mrt station, room is spacious, breakfast is good, there are few selections and taste delicious to our expectations. Bed is comfortable, washroom clean and they provide toiletries. The bad thing from the room is the smell of cigarette, even after they came to spay the room, its still had the smell.

Nice Hotel
We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly and patient with us since we do not speak Chinese. The free breakfast was delicious and healthy. The room comfortable and clean. There were a lot of little toiletries in the room too in case you forgot something. the A/C is cold. The internet is fast. Very convenient location right by the MRT line from Taoyuan airport! Great to stay for a couple nights after a long flight. Most of the staff did not speak much English, but we could communicate using google translate.

You get what you paid for. Price is great, but comes with a catch. Room size was decent. Large bed. Bathroom needs revamping. The towels were well worn, not in the greatest condition. The comforter had a couple holes. And the air condition blows directly towards the bed and the temperature can’t be adjusted. So be prepared to be freezing. Interesting that the room provides condoms. Also you can clearly hear conversations and what’s going on in neighboring rooms. From the airport to the hotel, taxi cost about 600.

This hotel was nice. We only stayed one night and didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but it was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was good, and the shampoo/conditioner/shower were great. I enjoyed the hotel water warmer and tea, also. This hotel was VERY close to the Airport Sky Train station, but it doesn't start running until 7am (so if you have an early flight, you'll have to take an Uber or a taxi to the airport).

Place to stay if you don't need Taipei
Location - if arriving at the International airport, it's the opposite direction from Taipei, but is accessible on the MRT (metro underground) direct from the airport station for AUD$2.50 in a hassle free 30 mins. As we didn't need to go to Taipei and our driver was picking us up and heading south, this worked well for us. Service - no problems, 24 hour desk Accommodation - modern design, filtered water tap in each room, hard floor (not carpeted), comfortable bed Eating - Breakfast was surprisingly good, more than ample. Wi-fi - free in room Summary - mostly a business hotel, in a non tourist area, but if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Taipei, highly recommended.

Excellent location for Taoyuan Baseball Stadium
Arrived at 1145pm, so having a quick check in very important. Room, bed and shower are good. Staff friendly. Breakfast, I'm not a morning eater, is Chinese, so I skipped and went to Starbucks 7 minutes walk away. Was going to a Guns N Roses concert 2 metro stops away at the Taoyuan Baseball Stadium. The metro is 2 minutes walk, metro easy to use. The local area is OK at best, not great for expats. Ideal for 3 days, after that unless you have a reason to be here maybe a struggle, but I would go back which is what these reviews are all about.

The room is true to the picture, big and spacious room, comfortable, except that the room is not soundproof. It was late at night and there were travellers returning to their rooms late, even chatting along the corridor loudly and slamming their room doors. I like that the hotel is next to the mrt station, hoped that when the mrt to zhongli is opened, the hotel will be even more convenient. Breakfast is rather disappointing, perhaps could just do away with the breakfast.
