"The hotel staff was very friendly but the hotel is a bit old and it is all around. Our phone didn't work and the bathroom was never totally clean. That being said we liked the breakfast very much and no bad word on the restaurant "

"reached late evening to check in, rooms were already available. upon reaching the room, noticed the room was very musky. no decent wardrobe and the air cond was very noisy at times. the fridge cant be switched on as it was moved from its original location thus the plug was too far away. the wifi was also out of service. second day, had to ask the front desk to ask the staff to move the fridge, fix the internet and check on the water supply as there was water disruption on the second day!...

"Guess when you don’t have to pay for accommodation under Expedite’s rewards, the reception is not pleasant. On first stay, we were allocated a room facing the car park and road. It was noisy throughout the night. The room allocated to us was so shabby. No toiletries were given only a bottle of soap. Then we requested for a room away from the road as we will be staying for another night after back from Sipadan, the guy at the reception said he will try but the lady rebuked him. When we were back...
