Nice little hotel. Not much experience in the hotel industry since it is very new. Tepoztlán is dead during the week which means less staff. Hotel hostess did everything from front desk, to take things to the room and almost park the car. Need to work on that during the week. Weekends a lot mor staff.

Is in the best location of Tepoztlan, we left our car on the valet parking and we didn’t used it again until check out. It’s the perfect hotel to walk through all Tepoztlan. The room, hotel and restaurant is really cozy and peaceful. Great kitchen and service. We love the view from the jacuzzi to the mountains.

It was amazing to wake up and see the Tepozteco. The room was huge. The only thing that I would like is to have the pool inside the room with warm water.

Este hotel no tiene la calidad presentada en la publicidad. Agua fría en ducha y agua hirviendo en llave de lavabo, no lavan la ducha (siempre hubo recortes de uñas y pelos de huéspedes anteriores) Jacuzzi sucio.solo te atienden por whats en recepción. Fui a la recepción pedir solución nunca contestaron. Después me asistió una chica del restaurante para ver la habitación y me pidió hacerlo por escrito, tampoco funcionó..realizar mis peticiones.NUNCA fueron atendidas por el personal solo disculpas .. y hubo mucho ruido ya que las habitaciones están junto a jardín que hace la función de bar. Pedí hablar con gerencia y siempre inventaron historias para justificar su ausencia.. y no hay un gerente! Me lo comentaron en el restaurante .así que no hay alguien responsable que encabece este intento de hotel boutique, nadie puede darte una solución.También se escucha el ruido del alrededor ( escuela,iglesia,etc)

Nice Hotel, most of the things are in a good shape. But in our room the mosquitos net were damaged. So we had much mosquitos in the room. Sadly there is no A/C in the room. In our time it was super hot in the room. Combined with the mosquitos was not the best nights we had. But overall the staff and the hotel is still a nice Hotel to stay. The staff really take care about your wishes.

Me gustó mucho y solo conocía el restaurante, pero creo ya le falta algo de mantenimiento a toda la instalación en general. La comida era deliciosa y bajo la calidad, deben poner más variedad. Pero si regreso por lo menos a hospedarme.

Deben cuidar más la limpieza de las habitaciones, que no haya colillas de cigarro regadas de clientes anteriores. Que los pasillos de granito blanco se limpien con pistola de agua para que luzcan blancos y no chilapastrosos. No todas las habitaciones tienen la misma calidad, hay grandes diferencias entre las habitaciónes María a la de Jerónimo dónde el lavabo está feo. Creo pueden mejorar si se lo proponen.

Las habitaciones tienen una vista muy bonita. Algunas consideraciones de la habitación Diego; El jacuzzi está peligroso, tiene un barda muy bajita y con caída libre. No tiene aire acondicionado ni blackout

Muy agradable estancia
El hotel esta hermoso, entre hermosos jardines tropicales y la habitacion con vista a las montaña. Pero lo mejor la atención tan amable de su recepcionista asi como del señor encargado de recibirte en la puerta, y todo su personal te recibe con una sonrisa, gracias Hotel el Ciruelo.
