"This property is built into a hillside, making golf cart rides to all desired destinations the norm. The room was nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. Food was good. Beach wasn’t great. We were excited to see monkeys the first couple days, otherwise, not much wildlife at this location. A few maintenance issues such as broken ice machine and fire alarm that kept going off, but staff was quickly responsive. Staff was great. Not our favorite all inclusive resort as a young family, but a great option...

The things we weren't crazy about was we didnt realize the beach wasnt part of the resort and its public meaning locals can use the lounge chairs provided by the hotel and you cant sit there without being harassed by people trying to get you to buy a service (massages, boat tours etc).
