"We arrived around 1 pm and were greeted by Myrthe who provided exceptional customer service. As our room was ready, she helped us find our room. When the elevator would not move due to weight, she took one of our bags to our room up 2 flights of stairs. When we left one of us went into elevator with bags and the other walked down. Location is great - only 4 tram stops from central station and 1 long block to walk. The hotel is historic and interesting. Our room size was on the small size but...

"The bathtub in my room was amazing. Everything was done with care it appeared. So cute and unique. Felt the ambience from my window that overlooked the street below. Staff was all really friendly. I saw a couple of little doggos so that must be an option. Would stay again. "

"This is honestly a central hotel! Everything is easily walkable from here from attractions, shopping, restaurants! The staff were all very friendly and happy to answer questions, and help. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and great shower. I highly recommend it!"
