The place is rated 3 star but the comfort is definitely much more. 15 mins walking distance from the clock tower, this place is a bit away from the hustle. The room balcony offers a magnificent view of the entire city with mountain ranges surrounding it. "

"unique is in heart of the city. and disappointing is that unreasonable charge for breakfast and laundry. sometimes, if the guest number are less, they take the buffet charge but the service they provide as alakart. every time u have to ask for food as if u become tired off asking. weardrob having bad smell, the comode they provide it shakes. it's a bad experienced in this hotel."

"Its location in downtown would be of value to tourists. The staff are well mannered and helpful. The restaurant is multi cuisine. However, this hotel is not good for business travelers. Their Internet service is poor. Their internet access log in screen does not appear always. One has to manually access the log in screen by typing the IP address. Their system logs you out frequently. So you have to log in again and again. Often the system will give a message saying your internet limit is...

"I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional.
