"Super convenient location attached to the Interlaken West train station however the train ran infrequently to the main station while we were there so we took a bus instead. The included breakfast was excellent. The onsite restaurant had a limited menu but the food was good. Our room was extremely high tech and quite confusing to use simple features like closing the blinds. Not a big fan of having to learn how to use technology that we’ve never seen before in any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Our balcony was fantastic and the view was great since we were on the top floor (otherwise you might be looking at train tracks). Shockingly quiet considering our location and very comfortable."
