I have stayed at this Holiday Inn for years and the remodeling is wonderful! Jacuzzi & pool so convenient & excellent for my child. I'm glad I chose this hotel again!

The hotel representatives were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the sports complex and local shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel room was just mediocre. The bathroom floor did not appear to have been cleaned with detail. There was hair and debris from outside on the floor. The coffee station in the room also had several hairs and crumbs on the counter left from the previous guest.

I choose HIE because of the consistency of cleanliness, friendliness and overall quality experiences. This location did not disappoint. The streets/road and odd parking lot entrance/exit was initially confusing but the area appears to be in ongoing development so will probably be changed soon

A lesson in hospitality is needed. I have never felt more unwelcome during a stay. Do not stay here if you like to be treated like a guest. Front desk girl was on a power trip, yelling at us about noise....when quiet hours are posted. Yelled at before 6:00pm, hours 10;00pm-7:00. Yelled at numerous times....and our group was the inky ones in the lobby. Never stay here.

The property itself was great. Clean room and great pool area! However, the customer services was bad enough for me to actually take the time to make this review. The front desk people were completely rude and unprofessional. Never as an adult have I been told I have to go to bed at 10 at any hotel I have ever stayed at! The cops got called twice simply because adults wanted to hang out in the lobby past 10pm. The fact that the front desk women were yelling at guests like they had done something terrible was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Terrible customer service and we will never be back… Side note: I feel this negatively about the place after just witnessing all of this last night and my room wasn’t even a part of the so called problem. But it definitely could have been handled better!

Nothing. There was several things wrong with the hotel. First off when checking in the clerk looked like they just got out of bed and was not dressed professionally. When we got to the room the temperature was 58 degrees, the thermostat was not working. The clerk didn’t believe us, but finally fixed it after realizing it was broke. Only one elevator worked. The hot tub was not warm. Soap dispenser was broken in the shower. The hallways smelled like marijuana. Throughout the night the smell of marijuana was so bad in our room. Will definitely not be staying here again.

My wife and I didn't enjoy the stay at this particular hotel. First of all the parking was ridiculous, couldn't find a spot to park. There were a lot of construction crews there which brought the ladies of the night walking around in the parking lot all night. Last, the breakfast was always empty and no one seemed to care. I will say the room was nice and clean and met the conditions offered.

It was excellent. Spent a hour in the pool, the woman who checked us in gave us a list of pizza places that delivered, we ate pizza in our king-sized bed, and had a wonderful nights sleep.
