"A friendly welcome and lovely, spacious room. No breakfast is provided, but there is a fridge and table to eat in the room. Huge bathroom with walk-in shower and ample storage - much more roomy than hotels I've paid much more for. Could have done with more shower gel / shampoo, but this is just a minor detail. The room was made up for us at convenient times, even if we didn't leave until lunch time. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Very handy for the canal, bus station and...

"Nice boutique hotel. Great location and rooms were nice. It was close to lots of shops and restaurants. Also 2 to 3 blocks from several cruise ship ports. One issue we had was address on expedia was wrong. We walked around for almost an hour and asked several locals for help. They didn't recognize the address either. Address should be listed as Via della Cassa di Risarmio instead of 34121."

"We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."

"Awesome location, close the everything i wanted to do and see. Nothing very fancy, not everything I needed, plus a little extra. The kitchen set up was really nice and 8 loved being able to cook some things when I wanted. Overall, a sweet spot and I'd gladly stay here again."

"Very good communication from the hosts, but they should at least put a decent sign up at the bell calling station.... you couldn't read it, it was so faded. We were told to be quiet and respectful to other guests... that's fine, we always do. Unfortunately, the other guests obviously didn't care about anyone else staying there... noisy,door banging at all hours and just generally being kept awake!. Shower was fine, toilet seat wouldn't stay up, you had to hold it up...not very clean bathroom...

"Incredible room and location. Very easy to deal with Martina and she was always checking in and messaging me to make sure our stay was enjoyable and if we needed anything. My only problem was the bed was a bit too hard for me but that’s just me, everything else was incredible and would stay here every time in Trieste. "

"The room was as advertised but in a neighboring hotel. They did upgrade us to a room with an inside private bath (with a step up to access) instead of a shared bath. Unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not so good when you are in a wheelchair. Luckily i am still somewhat mobile but it might not have worked for others. They did store our luggage for us when we arrived early morning"
