We loved our stay here. It was clean, quiet, and safe, and breakfast was really good. This is a great place to stay for a visit to Saguaro National Park. My only complaint is our room didn’t have a microwave, but there was one in the lobby that we could use, so a minor inconvenience at most.

Thank you for your feedback. There was a yearly Gem and Mineral show during the time of your reservation which brings guests from all over the world visiting. I hope we are provided another opportunity to host you in the future.
The room was spacious but lacked what I thought was comfortable furniture it had two square stools and a desk chair for seating the fridge was tiny and not that cold and was stunned to see there was no microwave in the room yet you could tell there used to be one in the room, when I asked about the microwave I was informed it’s now only in suites for an extra 10 dollars Really! I’m paying over $200 a night and no microwave so breakfast was not much different than most hotels, cheese omelet potatoes and sausage. Overall to me I was somewhat disappointed

I earned all of my Hilton Honors points at this location. It is very clean and well maintained and is super close to my grandchild. The only thing that needs any improvement is they need to provide cups or glasses for use with the ice bucket. Other than that, all is great!

It was fine. Wasn’t excited about the girl (Kathy?) at check in arguing with me about the app and the guy (long hair and glasses) up front who didn’t know what he was doing. What’s the point of having an app when I still have to stop at the front and check in. Ridiculous. Not worth $200 a night. Had a weird smell in the lobby. Breakfast was good, so there’s that.

As I was explaining to you that particular evening, you booked through a third party which is how you are sending a survey as well, through Expedia. I apologize if you felt it was arguing as my intention was only to explain what information was on your reservation. The desk agent that evening was still fairly new, and issues were arising that he had not yet dealt with. I appreciate your feedback and hope we can host you again so you can have a pleasant stay.
Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable! Not directly in Tuscan, but only a short drive and was must quieter than staying directly in the city. We stayed here two nights while visiting saguaro NP. Would stay here again!
