Really liked our apartment..whilst it was clean and well appointed it could do with some updates. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced and the walls could do with a fresh coat of paint. Other than that it was a really lovely place to stay.

Hi Anonymous,We are incredibly upset to receive your review, we only had one guest stay over Christmas with hotels.com and this guest did not raise any issues or bring anything to the manager's attention during their stay. We are a young family that has recently taken over the property and are working our hearts out to make sure we deliver the best possible guest experience. I would have loved the opportunity to fix any issues you had during your stay. We live onsite and are available 24/7 to fix and correct any problems.I’m also a little shocked, as I asked on multiple occasions how your holiday was and each time you always answered things were great. You also said you were happy with the service and I even asked how the room was and you said fine. Then you leave the property, send me an email saying you appreciate the service, and appreciate us getting a rollaway bed for your brother but you want a full refund through hotels.com. I’m not sure that’s fair. Regardless, we wish you all the best. Regards,Brett

Sensational apartment- very spacious with a fabulous verandah. Family apartments can feel cramped but it was easy to get some space from each other in this one and the en-suite in the main bedroom is a huge win! Great pool was well used by the kids despite the chilly weather! Staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Useful note for those with 4WD vehicle - carpark clearance is only 2m! Laundry inside main bathroom was used almost daily by our family of five and we were able to pop the rollaway bed in an alcove so that teenager felt like they had their own space :) Highly recommended and will return.

Brett who manages the holiday rentals was amazing. Went out of his way to make our stay there pleasant. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. Fantastic views and great location!

A Great Place to Stay
Tweed Ultima is an excellent place to stay in Tweed Heads as it's conveniently located near the Twin Towns Service Club and the magnificent beaches of Greenmount and Coolangatta. Highly recommended.

Our apartment had a broken door handle. Lights not working and the microwave had mould growing in it and on the shelf underneath. When I reported it the staff member referred to me as lovely which is very condescending. When I explained it was a health hazzard and asked for a new one the response was to have house cleaning clean it. When I explained that the mould spors will be all through the microwave and it’s a health hazzard And it needed to be replaced I was spoken to quite rudely. The response later was that we should pack up and move to another apartment which would put us out as we had a lot of stuff with us. I asked if the microwave from the apartment they were going to put us in could be swapped with the mouldy one. The microwave was removed from our apartment but not replaced. I have no doubt that it was put back in the apartment after we left. Worst service I have ever received at a holiday complex

What a wonderful team of staff - so helpful, pleasant, and willing to help as much as possible. I loved the location - excellent. I loved the views. I loved the size of the apartment. I think this was excellent value for money.

The Location was perfect,walk to everything .Apartment was a great size with everything for a short or long stay .Washing Machine,Clothes Dryer, Oven,Cook Top etc . Free Parking in the basement is great . Plenty of eateries, supermarkets nearby. Only downside of the apartment was both the Lounge and the the bedding. The lounge was well past its renewal date being a cheap Fantastic furniture product . The bed was very low to the ground and sunk in the middle , also a cheap product that was weary uncomfortable.The owners need to update these items for a reasonable price and therefore have a perfect apartment for a fair price.

Going on holiday to Tweed Heads in COVID-19 was a challenge as it was a dead city and disappointing. If the borders do open up then it will be great but now no??? I recommend you stay at Kingscliffe which was very lively and amazing cafes and restaurants. Loved it there. We did as many activities as we could the Tourist Information centre was very helpful and gave us ideas what to do in the area.

The bedroom smelled like rodents and the curtains were covered with stains. There was a lot of dust around exposed pipes on the ceiling. There was no aircon in the bedroom, so we needed to leave the bedroom door open however, there were no curtains in the living area, so it was too light to sleep well. The balcony was huge but everything was covered with dirt so we did not spend any time out there. The carpets really need replacing, they were lifting at the edges, covered in stains and smelly (air freshener had been used to cover it up). We paid a high price of $821 for 3 nights but left after 2 nights, as it was nicer to be at home. The only good thing I can say about the property is the location is close to the beach and restaurants. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The apartment is very dated with old tv, old furniture, no cushions, bathrooms that look like they need regrouting/jointing in places . The Foxtel guide does not match what the channels actually do. Entry door handle has had it. Old phone looks silly even being there.

The clothes dryer didn’t work and made a dreadful noise. It had to be replaced by a new one. Only one set of towels for the whole 7 days. We had to clean the apartment and put out rubbish and recycling in another area. The apartment was not serviced and we had to have the bedding replaced because there was blood on the quilt.
