The property is beautiful, love the infinity pool, and so relaxing, literally close to nature. the restaurant on the property serves delicious meals from breakfast to dinner. They are so pleasant, and welcoming every day, ready to serve or help you in every way possible. clean comfortable beds, with great air conditioning. the highlight of the trip are the staff: best staff ever, most outstanding I would like to thank Novi, Wirma, and of course our best person Kedak Adi. I wanted to have a driver and car to do my own custom itinerary, these three made it possible. Adi was with us for the whole day taking me to amazing places. They had water bottles, wet cool face towels, and pool towels for us in the car as we would complete one journey to the next. I got to see 5 different places in the 10 hours that we booked Adi as a driver for the whole day. The best of all they were able to accommodate and take me to my next destination in a new city. I would definitely be back at Goya Resort.

Amazing stay in Ubud
The staff and hotel was amazing , it’s a smaller atmosphere with very helpful staff . Shopping nearby and you can walk to most locations. The pool villa was very private and beautiful and the guest infinity pools with view of forest were great . Ubud has lots to offer we regret not staying longer as we moved on to Nusa dua area . I’ll mention it again staff and service was above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again as we are people who don’t stay anywhere twice . See you soon possibly . The Canadians

Best place we stayed at ever! Such a beautiful location in the heart of Ubud, easy walk to restaurants and shops. Staff were so friendly, we wanted for nothing. View from the pool - just WOW! We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful property and very kind and serving staff. We had a great time at this place. Staff took extra care and made sure we were comfortable, did more than we expected. Breakfast in the pool is a must, such a great experience. Also, we asked for extra flowers for our breakfast in the pool tray. Definitely worth the $$.

Above exceptional service, cleanliness, and overall experience. Staff was so nice and quick with requests we were itching to come back should we ever revisit Bali. Breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of fresh local fruit and tasty options. Not your typical “breakfast included” hotel - this was fresh and quite gourmet. Oh, and the coffee was amazing! Would easily have seconds each morning :)

I and my wife stay in innumerable hotels around the world every year, medium to upper price bracket range. Of those we would say a dozen rank as our favorites and the Goya is among them. As far as guest hospitality is concerned, theirs exceeds even the best Bali can offer, and the rooms and guest areas are simply breathtaking. It's a little walk into the centre of Ubud but who cares when the simple luxury is awaiting your return. Top marks, Chapeau!

The staff were nice and friendly. The place clean and tidy. WiFi was a bit hit and miss in the room. With so many local dining options available, prices at the hotel were high. Overall though I'd return, it's a very relaxing place to be.

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was beautiful and nice and clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My favorite thing was the all you can eat breakfast! You get a full menu and get to order Whatever you like and the food is AHHHMAAZIINNGGG! The rooms are really nice as well!

Very nice setting with the pool. Dinner menu options were ok not a lot available. Very noisy construction site above our room, the hotel did not offer a discount seeing as we were paying a lot of money to stay there. They were only able to move our room after 2 days of loud noise. Loud noise all day sitting by the pool and having breakfast while the extensions were being built. Not ideal at an expensive resort on holiday. But the place was really nice.

Beautiful hotel to come ‘home’ and relax in after days out in Ubud. We were in the hotel rooms rather than villas - they felt large and comfortable with sofas and balconies. Bathrooms were lovely. The breakfast room was a great place to sit and the made to order breakfasts were always delicious with lots of options. The staff really went out of their way to accommodate and were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

One of the best places to Stay in Ubud
My wife and I traveled to Ubud for our honeymoon and had such a lovely and memorable stay at Goya Boutique Hotel. The staff were very attentive and always took great care of us. We were also greeted by the manager, Stanley, who was really nice and even gave us a complimentary romantic honeymoon dinner which was such a nice touch. Our 1 bedroom villa was very nice with a relaxed vibe, private pool and authentic Balinese decor which was really cool. The staff in the hotel helped us organize day trips, taxis and had lots of helpful tips for our stay. We both really loved the view from the main pool area and restaurant. We will definitely be visiting this gem again. Thank you for such a memorable stay. This place is getting nothing short of a 5* review from us

You wouldn't want to leave.
Great location in Ubud as it's in a secluded area just 5 minutes from the busy area of Ubud with good food spots. Service was excellent. Loved the breakfast and afternoon tea! Only gripe we had was that some towels we got were stained, which was kind of gross. Otherwise HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Stay of a lifetime - amazing amazing amazing
One of the best resorts I have stayed in. Amazing staff, amazing food, fantastic views and anything you need is right there. Very close to Ubud town with enough tranquility should you need it. Excellent massages and everything from breakfast, to happy hour to room service was out of this world. 2 bedroom villa with private pool was totally awesome and the accommodation had everything one could possibly need. Very clean and tidy.Staff are super helpful.

While the infinity pool is nice, the pool overcrowded and small, and rooms mostly do not have any views. Breakfast is simply average., no soap or shower gel in the bathrooms. Friendly staff who tried to make up for what the hotel does not provide.. the location is also while in the city not in a good street. I would say overall an average experience with so many better alternatives in Ubud.

My family of four stayed in a two bedroom villa, perfect for teenage children who had their own room upstairs. The villa, infinity pool and hotel grounds are spectacular and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The courtesy car was an added bonus. A truly amazing resort, would definitely recommend staying here.

We got a good steal! Goya is beautiful, clean, quiet, good pool and breakfast! The staff are friendly and helpful. They greet you with smile every time they see you. The Luxury toiletries are provided, Bvglari. It’s located at a quiet side but there was a construction next to the hotel and it was a little annoying. The hotel is close to restaurants and few massage places. I would like to go back again.
