I got a junior suite since we will be staying for the weekend. I wanted to relax and recharge. I was expecting a good service, it was not the case. Paid almost $1200 for 2 nights and my bathroom got flooded. I cant even shower. We called the receptionist they said the bathroom is wet and we cant patch the leak. Then 2nd call from them, they can transfer us to another room with different lower amenities than our room, then 3rd call i got order anything and it will be free. I said, we dont need to order since we have already had dinner. So i asked for a free ride instead going to the train station. Their answer was but you still need to pay for that. In other words, they never actually compensated the 2 days of flooding bathroom. I have stayed in nice hotels, this is not good service for me.
