My only complaints would be that the breakfast choices, if not spending $35 per person, were very limited. And the toilet paper is like sand paper lol. Otherwise this is a lovely and helpful hotel. Easy walking to Belvedere Gardens and downtown but out of the hustle of large crowds.

Excellent room and facilities overall at this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here. Great location with easy access to transportation especially with the nearby train station (coming from nearby city service or airport train). Gym facility is world class - covers most of one floor of the hotel.

Excellent and welcoming staff. Rooms are big and very clean. Location is perfect (across from Wien HBF). Rooftop bar is fabulous. Lots of dining options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and we thank the staff for maintaining a fabulous facility.

Modern hotel
Very modern hotel. Close to belvedere palace and vienna railway station. Rooms are comfortable and staff are very friendly. During my stay the sauna & steam were under maintenance without intimation, its winter and sauna & steam helps. Gym is very good.

The best hotel in Vienna! Close to the train station - the roof top bar - the cleanliness of the rooms - comparable - 30 min walk from stephanplatz - the happy hour from 3-5- what can I say more…. A must visit and stay

Internet speed was very low. I asked the receptionist, and they said it was happening since the hotel was full, which is definitely not a good excuse. One of the waiters in the restaurant (older and acting like the manager there) was very rude and not welcoming.

I have a fairly mixed review of this hotel. It is a short ride out of the main downtown area which is nice if you don't want to be in crazy of it all. PROS AND CONS: The hotel is a classic Andaz with the tacky colours and music and tv screens playing in the elevator. The rooms are very nice. The staff are nice. The lobby is a little bit of a miss as it feels more like an airport terminal. They serve complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby but they don't maintain it enough so it looks quiet messy/or half the time the coffee has run out. The breakfast is well done. The spa and amenities are very nice and we really enjoyed using it. Complimentary water in the hotel is a nice touch. The rooftop is really nice and fun! Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't necessarily stay here next time or recommend it to others.

Very nice place. Guest service got us checked in early. Big room with walk in shower and separate bathroom. Plenty of closet space. As an American traveling in Europe, we definitely appreciated the TV with apps that we could sign into. Rooftop bar is awesome. Food was good and priced reasonably. The view is great! 25-30 minute walk to the city center. 10 euro Uber ride back.

Best hotel in Vienna
Super Nice! Beautifully decorated. Don't need to go out for dining or drinking. My room was modern and the shower was exceptional. Too bad it was only for a one-night stay. Will definitely be back for multiple nights next time.

Overall the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Europe. My mother and I traveled to Paris, UK, Germany & Rome. The staff are friendly and the selection of food are enormous and delicious. The amenities include sauna, gym and room to relax. They even offered to hold our luggages for free since our train doesn’t leave until late at night for free. Top notch service, highly recommended.

Very comfortable
All needs are catered for - great room, complimentary refreshments, high quality toiletries and feels luxurious. Staff very helpful. The Tram is near to the hotel, about an 5 minute walk and takes around 10 minutes to get to the centre. Adding the wait time for us the 30 minute walk was a good option. The only slight comfort issue was the bed - a bit hard for me.
